Abstract
Description
(実施例及び比較例)
下記の表1のような組成の実施例及び比較例のゴム組成物を用いてTBRタイヤ用トッピングゴムを製造した。
上記実施例1、実施例2、及び比較例1で製造したゴム試験片の各種評価結果を下記の表2及び表3に示し、測定方法は、次のとおりである。
上記実施例1のゴム試験片でRFIDタグをトッピングしてゴムパッチを製造した後、タイヤ内の動きが少ない上部ビードフィラとリムクッションとの間に適用後、タイヤを製造して認識距離を測定し、その結果を下記の表4に示した。

Claims (6)
- 無線識別システム、及び
前記無線識別システムをトッピング(topping)するトッピングゴムを含むゴムパッチ(rubber patch)を備え、
前記トッピングゴムは、原料ゴム、及び窒化ホウ素(boron nitride)を含む補強性充填剤を備えるタイヤ。 - 前記トッピングゴムは、前記窒化ホウ素を前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して10重量部〜40重量部で含む請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強性充填剤は、カーボンブラック、シリカ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれるいずれか1つを前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して10重量部〜40重量部でさらに含む請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記窒化ホウ素は、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hexagonal boron nitride)である請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ゴムパッチは、ビードフィラの外側に位置する請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ゴムパッチは、上部ビードフィラとリムクッションとの間に位置する請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
