Abstract
【解決手段】ゴム成分と、シリカと、結晶系が六方晶である無機化合物とを含有し、上記ゴム成分100質量部に対する上記シリカの含有量が5〜150質量部であり、上記シリカ100質量部に対する上記無機化合物の含有量が2〜10質量部であるタイヤ用ゴム組成物に関する。

(式(1)中、AはH、Na、Mg、Sr、K及びCaからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の1価又は2価の原子であり、BはPO4 3−及び/又はCO3 2−であり、CはOH−、F−又はCl−である。αは0〜5、βは0〜3、γは0〜1で表される数である。)

なお、本明細書において、平均粒子径は、透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM)観察にて測定した値である。具体的には、透過型電子顕微鏡で写真撮影し、微粒子の形状が球形の場合は球の直径、針状又は棒状の場合は短径、不定型の場合は中心部からの平均粒径を粒子径とし、100個の平均値を平均粒子径とする。
なお、シリカの窒素吸着比表面積は、ASTM D3037−81に準じてBET法で測定される値である。
なお、スルフィド系などの他のシランカップリング剤を使用する場合においても、配合するシランカップリング剤の合計含有量は上記範囲内であることが好ましい。
なお、カーボンブラックのN2SAは、JIS K 6217−2:2001によって求められる。また、カーボンブラックのDBPは、JIS K 6217−4:2001に準拠して測定される。

無機化合物A:太平化学産業(株)製のHAP200(Ca5(PO4)3(OH)、平均粒子径:5〜20μm、結晶系:六方晶)
無機化合物B:太平化学産業(株)製の球形HAP(Ca5(PO4)3(OH)、平均粒子径:15〜20μm、結晶系:六方晶)
無機化合物C:白石カルシウム(株)製のホワイトンSB(炭酸カルシウム、平均粒子径:2.2μm、結晶系:三方晶又は斜方晶)
無機化合物D:モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製のPTX−25(窒化ホウ素、平均粒子径:25μm、結晶系:六方晶)

硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製の粉末硫黄
加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラ−NS(N−tert−ブチル−2−ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド)
表1〜3に示す配合処方に従い、バンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の材料を160℃の条件下で3分間混練りし、混練り物を得た。次に、得られた混練り物に硫黄及び加硫促進剤を添加し、2軸オープンロールを用いて、80℃の条件下で5分間練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を170℃で15分間プレス加硫し、加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
また、得られた未加硫ゴム組成物をトレッドの形状に成形し、タイヤ成型機上で他のタイヤ部材とともに貼り合わせて未加硫タイヤを形成した後、170℃で12分間加硫し、試験用タイヤを製造した。
(ウェットグリップ性能)
試験用タイヤを車両の全輪に装着し、湿潤アスファルト路面にて、初速度40、60、80km/hからの制動距離をそれぞれ測定し、各速度で比較例1を100とし、他の配合については下記計算式にて指数を求めた。表1〜3では、三つの指数の平均値を表示している。数値が大きいほど、ウェットグリップ性能が優れることを示す。
(ウェットグリップ性能指数)=(比較例1の制動距離)/(各配合の制動距離)×100
試験用タイヤを車両の全輪に装着し、舗装路面を1万km走行後の残溝を測定し、トレッドが1mm摩耗するのに要する走行距離を算出し、比較例1を100として、他の配合については、下記計算式により指数表示した。指数が大きいほど、耐摩耗性が良好なことを示す。
(耐摩耗性指数)=(各配合の走行距離)/(比較例1の走行距離)×100
粘弾性スペクトロメーターVES((株)岩本製作所製)を用いて、温度50℃、初期歪み10%、動歪み2%の条件下で加硫ゴム組成物の損失正接(tanδ)を測定し、比較例1のtanδを100として、他の配合については、下記計算式により指数表示した。指数が大きいほど転がり抵抗特性(低燃費性)が優れることを示す。
(低燃費性指数)=(比較例1のtanδ)/(各配合のtanδ)×100
ウェットグリップ性能指数、耐摩耗性指数及び低燃費性指数を平均した値である。指数が大きいほど総合性能が優れていることを示す。
Claims (4)
- ゴム成分と、シリカと、結晶系が六方晶である無機化合物とを含有し、
前記ゴム成分100質量部に対する前記シリカの含有量が5〜150質量部であり、
前記シリカ100質量部に対する前記無機化合物の含有量が2〜10質量部であるタイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 前記シリカ100質量部に対して、メルカプト基を有するシランカップリング剤を0.2質量部以上含有する請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記無機化合物が下記式(1)で表される化合物である請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
