Abstract
Description
このようにすると、上記のように、高回転化に対応できる。
前記蓋部は、前記保護カバーを前記回転軸に固定するための固定孔部を有し、前記吸気口は、前記固定孔部から前記蓋部に向けて外方に向けて放射状に形成されていることを特徴とする。
前記保護カバーの天面には、ハブの前面の内周に沿って前記吸気口が形成されているようにしても良い。
前記吸気口は、前記天面の板状部を下方に傾斜させた形状であっても良い。
図1(a)は、本発明の第1の実施の形態によるファンモータ装置の一構成例を示す図であり、斜視図である。図1(b)は、本実施の形態によるファンモータ装置の一構成例を示す回転軸に沿って切断した場合の側断面図である。図1の左側が例えば吸気側AR1である。図2は、本実施の形態によるファンモータ装置に用いる保護カバー(ロータキャップ)の一構成例を示す斜視図であり、図2(a)は表面側から見た斜視図、図2(b)は裏面側から見た斜視図である。
図5Aは、本発明の第2の実施の形態によるファンモータ装置の一構成例を示す斜視図である。図5Bは、本実施の形態によるファンモータ装置に用いる保護カバー(ロータキャップ)の一構成例を示す斜視図であり、図5B(a)は表面側から見た斜視図、図5B(b)は裏面側から見た斜視図である。図5Aに示す本実施の形態によるファンモータ装置Bにおいては、保護カバーの構造が第1の実施の形態と異なっている。以下においては、本実施の形態の保護カバーの構造について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 羽根と一体成型され回転軸に固定されたロータを有するファンモータ装置であって、
前記ロータの吸気口側端面である天面の露出面を覆う蓋部を備えるとともに、前記蓋部に空気を取り込む吸気口を備えた保護カバーを有することを特徴とするファンモータ装置。 - 前記蓋部は、前記ロータの天面の空気穴を塞ぐ位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンモータ装置。
- 前記蓋部は、
前記保護カバーを前記回転軸に固定するための固定孔部を有し、前記吸気口は、前記固定孔部から前記蓋部に向けて外方に向けて放射状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のファンモータ装置。 - 前記ロータの吸気側の前面に設けられる羽根の回転に関するバランスを修正するバランス修正穴を有し、
前記保護カバーの外周部が、前記バランス修正穴の内壁を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のファンモータ装置。 - 前記保護カバーの天面には、ハブの前面の内周に沿って前記吸気口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のファンモータ装置。
- 前記吸気口は、前記天面の板状部を下方に傾斜させた形状である請求項5に記載のファンモータ装置。
- 回転軸に固定されたロータと一体成型された羽根を有するファンモータ装置の保護カバーであって、
前記ロータの吸気口側端面である天面の露出面を覆う蓋部を備えるとともに、前記蓋部に吸気口を有することを特徴とする保護カバー。
