Abstract

一种风扇,包括扇框及装设于扇框内的定子与转子,所述转子包括叶轮,所述叶轮包括本体及环设于所述本体的外围并呈放射状向外延伸的多个叶片,所述本体包括环形的顶部及所述顶部的周缘垂直向下延伸的筒状侧部,所述顶部的内侧凸伸有多个排热部,多个所述排热部间隔设置,形成多个散热空间。本发明的提供的所述风扇使所述风扇自身的尤其是来自所述电路板的热量排出,从而延长所述风扇的寿命,提高所述风扇的可靠度。本发明还提供一种电子装置。

技术领域
本发明涉一种风扇及具有该风扇的电子装置。
背景技术
随着电子技术的飞速发展,中央处理器等发热电子元件运行速度越来越快,其运行时产生的热量亦相应增加,为了将这些热量散发出去以保障电子元件的正常运行,业界采用风扇对电子元件进行散热。传统的风扇一般包括一定子、一转子及收容该定子及转子于内的一扇框。但是现在中央处理器等电子装置对风扇性能越来越高,风扇的尺寸要求越来越小型化,使得风扇自身的定子的电路板也需要散热,否则将降低风扇的寿命及可靠度。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种解决上述问题的风扇及具有该风扇的电子装置。
包括扇框及装设于扇框内的定子与转子,所述转子包括叶轮,所述叶轮包括本体及均匀设于所述本体的外周的多个叶片,所述本体包括环形的顶部及所述顶部的周缘垂直向下延伸的筒状侧部,所述顶部的内侧设有多个排热部,多个所述排热部间隔设置。
进一步地,所述排热部自靠近所述侧部向远离所述侧部的方向延伸至所述顶部的中空处。
进一步地,多个所述排热部等间距分布。
进一步地,所述排热部的一面为平面,另一面为曲面。
进一步地,所述扇框包括基座及轴筒,所述基座的自一表面凸伸一中空柱,所述中空柱沿轴向形成一贯穿孔以收容所述轴筒。
进一步地,所述定子包括定子铁芯、线圈、电路板及绝缘架,所述绝缘架包覆在所属定子铁芯外部,所述线圈缠绕于所述绝缘架上,所述电路板设置于所述绝缘架的底部并与所述线圈电性连接,所述绝缘架套设于所述轴筒外。
进一步地,所述转子还包括轮毂,所述轮毂包括一顶壁及自所述顶壁周缘垂直向下延伸的侧壁,所述顶壁对应所述顶部设置,所述侧壁对应所述侧部设置,所述顶壁上对应所述排热部形成的空间开设通孔。
进一步地,所述转子还包括转轴,所述轴筒沿轴向开设一收容孔,所述收容孔内固定有轴承,所述轴承沿所述轴筒的轴向形成一轴孔,所述顶壁的中央形成一安装孔,所述转轴的一端安装于所述安装孔内,另一端安装于所述轴孔内。
进一步地,所述转子还包括磁组,所述磁组位于所述轮毂内并绕设于所述定子外。
进一步地,所述电子装置包括所述的风扇。
本发明的实施例提供的所述风扇使所述风扇自身的尤其是来自所述电路板的热量排出,从而延长所述风扇的寿命,提高所述风扇的可靠度。

请参见图1,本发明的实施例提供一种风扇100。所述风扇100包括扇框10、定子20及转子30。所述定子20及所述转子30收容于所述扇框10内。
所述扇框10包括中空框体11及设置于所述框体11底部中央的一基座13。所述框体11的顶部形成一入风口111,与所述入风口111相对的底部形成一出风口113。所述基座13设置于所述出风口113的中央。所述基座13的中央自所述基座13的上表面向入风口111所在方向凸伸一中空柱131。所述中空柱131的中央沿轴向形成一贯穿孔1310。所述扇框10还包括一端收容并固定于所述贯穿孔1310内的轴筒15。所述轴筒15沿轴向开设有收容孔16,所述收容孔16内固定有轴承17,所述轴承17沿上述轴向形成一轴孔18。
所述定子20包括定子铁芯21、线圈22、电路板23及绝缘架24。所述绝缘架24包覆在所属定子铁芯21外部。所述线圈22缠绕于所述绝缘架24上。所述电路板23设置于所述绝缘架24的底部并与所述线圈22电性连接。所述绝缘架24套设于所述轴筒15外。在本实施例中,所述绝缘架24由绝缘材料如塑胶等制成。
所述转子30包括一轮毂31、一转轴32、一磁组33及一叶轮34。所述转轴32及所述磁组33位于所述轮毂31内。所述磁组33绕设于所述定子20外。所述叶轮34罩设于所述轮毂31上。
所述轮毂31包括一圆形的顶壁311及自所述顶壁311周缘垂直向下延伸的一筒状侧壁312。所述顶壁311的中央形成一安装孔314。所述转轴32的一端安装于所述安装孔314内,另一端安装于所述轴孔18内。所述磁组33位于所述轮毂31的侧壁312的内表面。本实施方式中,所述磁组33呈环状,绕设在所述。
请参见图2,所述叶轮34包括本体341及环设于所述本体341的外围并呈放射状向外延伸的多个叶片343。所述本体341包括顶部3411及侧部3412。所述顶部3411呈一大致与所述顶壁311对应的中空环形。所述侧部3412自所述顶部3411的周缘垂直向下延伸,并且呈大致与所述侧壁312对应的筒状。所述顶部3411上的内侧(朝向所述顶壁311的一侧)凸伸有多个排热部3413。多个所述排热部3413间隔设置,形成多个散热空间,使所述风扇100自身的尤其是来自所述电路板23的热量排出,从而延长所述风扇100的寿命,提高所述风扇100的可靠度。
在本实施例中,所述排热部3413自靠近所述侧部3412向远离所述侧部3412的方向延伸至所述顶部3411的中空处。
在本实施例中,所述排热部3413呈机翼剖面状,即所述排热部3413的一面为平面,另一面为曲面,以实现所述排热部3413两侧的压强差,但不限于此,可以理解,所述排热部3413的形状可以根据实际需要进行调整,例如调整为两面均为曲面的形状。
在本实施例中,多个所述排热部3413等间距分布,但不限于此,在其他实施例中,多个所述排热部3413可以不等间距分布,多个所述排热部3413的分布可以根据实际需要进行调整。
在本实施例中,所述排热部3413的数量为八个,但不限于此,可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述排热部3413的数量可以根据实际需要设置。
进一步地,所述轮毂31的所述顶壁311上对应所述散热空间开设通孔3111,以利于所述风扇100的热量更好地传递至所述排热部3413形成的散热空间内。
本发明的实施例还提供一种设有上述风扇100的电子装置(图未示)。所述电子装置可为伺服器、电源供应器、充电桩、电脑主机、笔记本电脑、游戏机等。
所述风扇100为所述电子装置散热,同时所述风扇100自身也通过所述叶轮34上的所述排热部3413进行散热,以延长所述电子装置的寿命的同时延长所述风扇100自身的寿命。

Claims (8)

1.一种风扇,包括扇框及装设于扇框内的定子与转子,所述转子包括叶轮,所述叶轮包括本体及均匀设于所述本体的外周的多个叶片,所述本体包括环形的顶部及所述顶部的周缘垂直向下延伸的筒状侧部,其特征在于:所述顶部的内侧设有多个排热部,多个所述排热部间隔设置,所述排热部自靠近所述侧部向远离所述侧部的方向延伸至所述顶部的中空处,所述排热部的一面为平面,另一面为曲面。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:多个所述排热部等间距分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述扇框包括基座及轴筒,所述基座的自一表面凸伸一中空柱,所述中空柱沿轴向形成一贯穿孔以收容所述轴筒。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述定子包括定子铁芯、线圈、电路板及绝缘架,所述绝缘架包覆在所述定子铁芯外部,所述线圈缠绕于所述绝缘架上,所述电路板设置于所述绝缘架的底部并与所述线圈电性连接,所述绝缘架套设于所述轴筒外。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述转子还包括轮毂,所述轮毂包括一顶壁及自所述顶壁周缘垂直向下延伸的侧壁,所述顶壁对应所述顶部设置,所述侧壁对应所述侧部设置,所述顶壁上对应所述排热部形成的空间开设通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述转子还包括转轴,所述轴筒沿轴向开设一收容孔,所述收容孔内固定有轴承,所述轴承沿所述轴筒的轴向形成一轴孔,所述顶壁的中央形成一安装孔,所述转轴的一端安装于所述安装孔内,另一端安装于所述轴孔内。
7.如权利要求6所述的风扇,其特征在于:所述转子还包括磁组,所述磁组位于所述轮毂内并绕设于所述定子外。
8.一种电子装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的风扇。
