Abstract
Description
図1は、本開示の実施の形態に従う電動車両の構成を概略的に示した図である。なお、以下では、電動車両がエンジンを搭載しない電気自動車である場合について代表的に説明されるが、本開示に従う電動車両は、蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて走行する電動車両全般(ハイブリッド車両や燃料電池車等も含まれ得る。)に適用可能である。
本実施の形態では、所定のFS走行条件が成立すると、電動車両1の走行モードをFSモードに移行させる。たとえば、FS走行条件は、組電池10の状態を検出するセンサユニット20の故障が検出されると成立する。また、たとえば、組電池10の異常(抵抗値の異常上昇や自己放電量の異常増加等)が検知されたり、センサユニット20とECU100との間の通信異常が発生したりした場合にも、FS走行条件が成立する。そして、FSモードでは、通常走行モード(FSモードでないとき)よりも組電池10の入出力電力が抑制される。たとえば、通常走行モードよりもMG40の出力やトルクの制限を厳しくすることにより、FSモード中の組電池10の入出力電力が抑制される。
Claims (5)
- 蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて車両駆動力を発生するように構成された駆動装置と、
前記蓄電装置の状態を検出するセンサと、
前記センサの故障を含む所定のフェールセーフ走行条件が成立すると、走行モードをフェールセーフモードに移行するように構成された制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記センサの正常時に、前記センサの検出値を用いて前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆を検知し、
前記フェールセーフ走行条件が成立し、かつ、前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆がない場合には、前記フェールセーフモードを所定の第1のフェールセーフモードとし、
前記フェールセーフ走行条件が成立し、かつ、前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆がある場合には、前記フェールセーフモードを、前記第1のフェールセーフモードと異なる第2のフェールセーフモードとする、電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記第1のフェールセーフモードにおいては、通常走行モード中よりも前記蓄電装置の入出力を抑制して走行するフェールセーフ走行を行ない、
前記第2のフェールセーフモードにおいては、車両のシステムを停止する、請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆を所定期間毎に検知するとともに、その予兆検知の実行時に前回の予兆検知結果を記憶し、
前記所定期間は、前記センサに故障が発生した場合に故障の発生からその故障が確定するまでの時間よりも長く、
前記制御装置は、
前記フェールセーフ走行条件が成立し、かつ、前記前回の予兆検知結果に基づいて前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆がないと判定される場合に、前記フェールセーフモードを前記第1のフェールセーフモードとし、
前記フェールセーフ走行条件が成立し、かつ、前記前回の予兆検知結果に基づいて前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆があると判定される場合に、前記フェールセーフモードを前記第2のフェールセーフモードとする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記蓄電装置の異常の進行度合いを示す所定のパラメータの値が第1のしきい値に達すると、前記蓄電装置が異常であると判定し、
前記パラメータの値が前記第1のしきい値よりも小さい第2のしきい値に達すると、前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆があるものと判定する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両。 - 電動車両の制御方法であって、
前記電動車両は、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて車両駆動力を発生するように構成された駆動装置と、
前記蓄電装置の状態を検出するセンサとを備え、
前記制御方法は、
前記センサの正常時に、前記センサの検出値を用いて前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆を検知するステップと、
前記センサの故障を含む所定のフェールセーフ走行条件が成立すると、走行モードをフェールセーフモードに移行するステップとを含み、
前記フェールセーフモードに移行するステップは、
前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆がない場合には、前記フェールセーフモードを所定の第1のフェールセーフモードとするステップと、
前記蓄電装置の異常の予兆がある場合には、前記フェールセーフモードを、前記第1のフェールセーフモードと異なる第2のフェールセーフモードとするステップとを含む、電動車両の制御方法。
