Claims (5)
- シャフトの外周に磁歪式トルクセンサを配置した駆動モータであって、
ロータと、
前記ロータ内に配置されるロータシャフトと、
前記ロータシャフトとガタ要素を有する継手によって結合され、前記ロータシャフトの回転力を出力側に伝える出力シャフトとを有し、
前記磁歪式トルクセンサは、前記継手と重ならない範囲で、前記継手よりも上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする駆動モータ。 - 請求項1記載の駆動モータであって、
前記ロータシャフトを回転支持するベアリングを有し、
前記磁歪式トルクセンサは、前記ベアリングよりも出力側に配置されていることを特徴とする駆動モータ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の駆動モータであって、
前記ロータの回転速度を検知する回転速度センサを有し、
前記回転速度センサは、トルク伝達経路でない前記ロータの一端部側に配置され、
前記磁歪式トルクセンサは、前記トルク伝達経路である前記ロータの他端部側に配置されていることを特徴とする駆動モータ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動モータであって、
前記ロータと前記ロータシャフトとを有する駆動モータ本体と、回転速度センサと、前記磁歪式トルクセンサとが一体化されて1つのユニットを構成していることを特徴とする駆動モータ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動モータを搭載した完成品の検査方法であって、
所定のトルクが発生するようなモータ電流を流し、磁歪式トルクセンサでトルクを検出することで、所定のトルクが発生しているか否かを判定し、
判定の結果、所定のトルクが出ていない場合には、回転速度センサの配置角度がずれていると判定することを特徴とする完成品の検査方法。
