Abstract
【解決手段】バリアブルリラクタンス型のレゾルバ5は、中心軸J1を中心とする略環状のレゾルバステータ部51、および、レゾルバステータ部51の内側においてモータロータ部のシャフト31に固定されるレゾルバロータ部52を備える。レゾルバ5では、ロータコア521の外周縁上の任意の点におけるロータコア521とレゾルバステータ部51の内周面510との間のギャップgの大きさを、ギャップの最大値gmaxおよび最小値gmin、当該任意の点と基準点5210との間の角度θ、軸倍角n、並びに、補正定数Kを用い、θとnとの積の2倍角に係る補正項を用いて求めることにより、高調波成分による測定誤差が抑制されて測定精度を向上することができる。

Claims (4)
- バリアブルリラクタンス型のレゾルバであって、
所定の中心軸を中心とする略環状であって励磁コイルと出力コイルとを有するステータ部と、
前記ステータ部の内側において前記ステータ部の内周面との間にギャップを介して配置されるとともに前記中心軸を中心として前記ステータ部に対して回転可能に支持された非真円状のコアを有するロータ部と、
を備え、
前記ギャップの最小値gminおよび最大値gmax、前記ギャップが最小値となる前記コアの外周上の一点を基準点として前記コアの前記外周上の任意の点と前記基準点との間の角度θ、軸倍角n(ただし、nは正の整数)、並びに、補正定数Kを用いて、前記ギャップgが、
- 請求項1に記載のレゾルバであって、
前記補正定数Kが、−0.024以上0.000未満であることを特徴とするレゾルバ。 - 電動式のモータであって、
請求項1または2に記載のレゾルバと、
電機子を有するもう1つのステータ部と、
前記電機子との間で前記中心軸を中心とするトルクを発生する界磁用磁石を有するとともに前記レゾルバのロータ部が固定されるもう1つのロータ部と、
前記もう1つのロータ部を前記中心軸を中心に前記もう1つのステータ部に対して回転可能に支持する軸受機構と、
を備えることを特徴とするモータ。 - ハンドル操作を補助する電動式のパワーステアリング装置であって、
請求項3に記載のモータと、
ハンドルに加えられる回転力を検出するトルクセンサと、
前記トルクセンサからの出力に基づいて前記モータを制御する制御ユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とするパワーステアリング装置。
