Claims (24)
- 第1領域および前記第1領域のそばにある第2領域を有する表示パネルであって、前記表示パネルが、
外表面を有する支持板と、
前記支持板の前記外表面に配置され、且つ前記第1領域において消失するパターン化反射防止層と、
前記支持板の前記外表面に配置され、且つ前記第1領域内に設置されたパターン化遮光層と、
を含む上部基板と、
底部基板と、
前記上部基板と前記底部基板の間に配置された表示媒体層と、
を含む表示パネル。 - 前記上部基板が、さらに、前記支持板に配置され、前記パターン化遮光層を覆う保護層を含む請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記保護層が、前記第1領域および前記第2領域の両方に設置される請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記保護層が、前記第1領域の第1厚さおよび前記第2領域の第2厚さを有し、前記第1厚さが、前記第2厚さよりも厚い請求項3に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記保護層の上表面が、前記パターン化反射防止層の上表面と同一平面上にある請求項2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記上部基板が、前記第1領域よりも前記第2領域においてより疎水性である請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パターン化反射防止層の上表面を改質して、前記パターン化反射防止層の前記上表面に疎水層を形成する請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記上部基板が、さらに、前記パターン化遮光層と前記支持板の間に配置された下部層を含む請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記下部層の上表面を改質して、前記下部層と前記パターン化遮光層の間に疎水層を形成する請求項8に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パターン化反射防止層の材料が、前記下部層の材料と異なる請求項8に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パターン化遮光層が、前記支持板と直接接触する請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記支持板が、前記第1領域内に凹部を有し、前記凹部に前記パターン化遮光層を配置する請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パターン化遮光層の底面が、前記パターン化反射防止層の底面と同一平面上にある請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記パターン化遮光層の上表面が、前記パターン化反射防止層の底面と同一平面上にある請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 表示パネルの上部基板を製造する方法であって、前記表示パネルが、前記上部基板、底部基板、前記上部基板と前記底部基板の間の表示媒体層を含み、前記方法が、
反射防止層を有する支持板を提供するステップと、
パターン化反射防止層を形成するために、第1領域の前記反射防止層の一部を除去するステップと、
前記反射防止層の前記一部が除去された前記第1領域の前記支持板の上に、パターン化遮光層を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記パターン化遮光層を形成する前に、疎水性改質により、前記パターン化反射防止層を有する前記支持板の上に疎水層をさらに形成する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン化遮光層を形成する前に、前記第1領域の前記疎水層を除去する請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性改質の前に、前記第1領域の前記支持板の上に下部層をさらに形成し、前記疎水層が、前記疎水性改質の間に、前記下部層の上に形成され、前記下部層の疎水性材料の分布密度が、前記パターン化反射防止層の疎水性材料の分布密度よりも小さい請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1領域の前記支持板の上に、下部層をさらに形成し、前記下部層の上に、前記パターン化遮光層を形成する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記支持板が、前記反射防止層をパターン化して前記パターン化反射防止層を生成している間に、前記第1領域において部分的に除去され、凹部を有する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン化遮光層を覆う保護層をさらに形成する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記保護層が、前記第2領域の前記反射防止層をさらに覆う請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン化遮光層が、インクジェット印刷プロセスを行うことによって、前記第1領域の前記支持板の上に形成される請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン化遮光層が、スーパーインクジェット印刷プロセスを行うことによって、前記第1領域の前記支持板の上に形成される請求項15に記載の方法。
