Abstract
Description
の内外を電気的に導通する配線導体(図示せず)が位置している。配線導体は、例えば、タングステン、モリブデン、マンガン、銅、銀、パラジウムおよび金等の材料から適宜選択された導電材料からなる。

Claims (4)
- 315〜400nmの第1波長領域に含まれる紫外線を発光し、前記第1波長領域にピーク波長を有する発光素子と、
前記発光素子が収容された凹部を有する基体を含むパッケージと、
前記凹部内において前記発光素子の上方に位置しており、前記第1波長領域よりも長波長側の第2波長領域において可視光線を放射する蛍光体とを備える発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体は、前記第2波長領域に含まれる400〜650nmにおいて最大ピーク波長を有する請求項1記載の発光装置。
- 複数の前記発光素子が、前記凹部の底面に並んで位置している請求項1または請求項2記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の複数の発光装置と、
該複数の発光装置が実装された実装板とを備える照明装置。
