Claims (6)
- 360~430nmに第1ピーク波長を有する第1放射光を放射する発光部を有する発光素子と、前記発光素子の前記発光部上に位置しており、430~470nmに第2ピーク波長を有する第2放射光を放射する蛍光体を含む被覆材とを備えており、
前記第1ピーク波長および前記第2ピーク波長を含むピーク領域と、前記第2ピーク波長の上限から750nmの波長にかけて、光強度が連続的に減少する長波長領域とを有する外部放射光を放射し、
前記第1ピーク波長と前記第2ピーク波長との間の波長領域における光強度の最小値は、前記ピーク領域における光強度の最大値を1とした場合に、0.45以上0.55以下であって、
前記長波長領域における前記外部放射光の光強度は、495~570nmの波長領域において前記第1ピーク波長における光強度の1~20%の強さであり、570~590nmの波長領域において前記第1ピーク波長における光強度の0.2~3%の強さであり、590~750nmの波長領域において前記第1ピーク波長における光強度の1%以下の強さである水生生物育成用発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体は、Sr 4 Al 14 O 25 :Euを有する請求項1記載の水生生物育成用発光装置。
- 前記外部放射光は、360nm未満の紫外領域における光強度が、前記第1ピーク波長における光強度の1%以下である請求項1または請求項2記載の水生生物育成用発光装置。
- 480nmにおける光強度の大きさは、前記最小値よりも小さい請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の水生生物育成用発光装置。
- 前記ピーク領域におけるピーク波長のうち光強度の小さい方の光強度は、前記最大値の光強度を1とした場合に、0.75以上0.85以下である請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の水生生物育成用発光装置。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の水生生物育成用発光装置と、
該水生生物育成用発光装置が実装された実装板とを備える水生生物育成用照明装置。
