Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材であって、縦断面において少なくとも2つのネジ山にわたって軸方向に沿って延びる炭素繊維が、前記少なくとも2つのネジ山の縦断面における表面形状に沿うように前記少なくとも2つのネジ山にジグザグ状に埋め込まれている、炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材
- 前記部材はナットであり、該ナットは、前記ネジ山により形成される雌ネジを内周面に有するネジ孔を有し、前記炭素繊維は前記雌ネジの軸方向略全長にわたって連続する連続繊維である、請求項1に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
- 前記ナットは、取付孔を有するナット本体と、該ナット本体の前記取付孔に一体的に嵌着されるネジ筒とを備え、前記雌ネジは前記ネジ筒に設けられている、請求項2に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
- 前記部材はボルトであり、該ボルトは、前記ネジ山により形成される雄ネジを外周面に有するネジ軸を有し、前記炭素繊維は前記雄ネジの軸方向略全長にわたって連続する連続繊維である、請求項1に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
- 前記ボルトの前記ネジ軸は、軸本体と、該軸本体の外周面に一体的に外嵌されるネジ筒とを備え、前記雄ネジは前記ネジ筒に設けられている、請求項4に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
- 前記炭素繊維は、前記少なくとも2つのネジ山にジグザグ状に埋め込まれるために必要な繊維長を有する炭素長繊維である、請求項1に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
- 多数の前記炭素繊維が前記ネジ山の全周にわたって分散配置されている、請求項1又は6に記載の炭素繊維強化複合材料からなるネジ山を有する部材。
