Abstract
Description
1、同じ厚みの単層二軸延伸フィルムより、本発明によって得た複合フィルムのスリット引裂強さが顕著に向上され、耐引裂性が明らかに改善される。
2、幅広い用途に適用でき、何らかの延伸フィルム材質または何らかの延伸方法に限らず、従来延伸フィルムの生産に一般化・応用されやすい。
3、操作が簡単で大規模化されやすい。
各実施例において、下記のとおりに平膜法を利用して延伸フィルム試料を作製した。まずは、多層押出機(南京創博機械設備有限公司製)でプラスチック又は樹脂(各実施例において、市販PET樹脂を使用した)から厚み140〜560mmの流延シートを形成した。次いで、流延シートをフィルム引張試験機(ブルックナー社製、北京化工研究院にて試験実行)にて掴み具で把持した状態で予め設定されたプログラム(延伸倍率、延伸温度)に従って延伸を実行した。延伸されたフィルムを空気中にて素早く冷却して成型した。
一層の延伸フィルムの片面に接着剤(例えば、研泰社製のTS9002AまたはTS9002BまたはTS9002C接着剤)を均一に塗り、溶媒が蒸発した後、それにもう一層の延伸フィルムを第2層目の主延伸方向(延伸倍率の大きい方向)が第1層目の主延伸方向と90度の角度をなすように被せた。こうして得た複合フィルムを60〜85度のロールにて熱間圧延し(具体的な熱間圧延温度が使用された接着剤によった)してから、完全に硬化したまで室温に放置した。
一層の延伸フィルムの片面に接着剤(例えば、漢高社製の6062Aまたは7725B接着剤)を均一に塗り、それにもう一層の延伸フィルムを第2層目の主延伸方向(延伸倍率の大きい方向)が第1層目の主延伸方向と90度の角度をなすように被せた。こうして得た複合フィルムを60〜85度のロールにて熱間圧延し(具体的な熱間圧延温度が使用された接着剤によった)してから、完全に硬化したまで室温に放置した。
実施例2に参照して、同時延伸によって得た非対称二軸延伸フィルムと逐次延伸によって得た非対称二軸延伸フィルムをそれぞれ複合して耐引裂性を比較した。
試験の結果が表3に示されている
Claims (7)
- 二層の延伸フィルムをそれらの主延伸方向が互いに交差するように接着剤で熱間圧延または紫外線硬化によって複合することを特徴とする延伸フィルムの耐引裂性向上方法。
- 前記二層の延伸フィルムの主延伸方向が30〜150度の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二層の延伸フィルムの主延伸方向が60〜120度の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記二層の延伸フィルムの主延伸方向が90度の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸フィルムが非対称延伸フィルムであり、一軸延伸フィルムと非対称二軸延伸フィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非対称延伸フィルムの主延伸方向と副次的延伸方向との延伸倍率が(1.2:1)〜(4:1)にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記非対称延伸フィルムが平膜法で生産されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
