Claims (5)
- センシング領域に細線のメッシュで構成された導体部を備えるタッチパネルの生産方法であって、
前記細線のメッシュは、複数の細線が集結する交点であって隣り合って集結する2つの細線のなす角度が鋭角である鋭角部と鈍角である鈍角部とを形成する交点を複数含んで構成され、
前記導体部は、前記細線のメッシュのパターンを有する印刷版にドクターブレードによるスキージングによって充填された導電インキの基材への最終的な転写によって印刷形成され、
前記印刷版の前記パターンにおける前記交点のそれぞれにおいて、前記交点上を通る前記スキージングの方向は前記鋭角部を通り、前記鈍角部を通らない直線を描くことを特徴とするタッチパネルの生産方法。 - 請求項1に記載のタッチパネルの生産方法において、
前記細線のメッシュは対向する2つの前記鋭角部と対向する2つの前記鈍角部とで囲まれた菱形を単位格子とする周期的な格子形状とされていることを特徴とするタッチパネルの生産方法。 - 請求項2に記載のタッチパネルの生産方法において、
前記スキージングの方向は前記菱形の対角線の方向に一致していることを特徴とするタッチパネルの生産方法。 - 請求項2又は3に記載のタッチパネルの生産方法において、
前記鋭角部がなす角度は50°以上であることを特徴とするタッチパネルの生産方法。 - 請求項1から4までの何れかに記載のタッチパネルの生産方法において、
前記導体部はセンサ電極と、前記センサ電極が設けられた領域以外の領域に設けられ、前記センサ電極と絶縁されたダミー電極とを有し、
前記センサ電極と前記ダミー電極とは単一の連続した周期的な格子形状を共有していることを特徴とするタッチパネルの生産方法。
