Claims (8)
- 複数の正極板及び負極板を、加熱により粘着性を発現する接着層を両面に有するセパレータを介して交互に積層することと、
前記複数の正極板、負極板及びセパレータの積層体を加熱空間で加熱することと、
前記加熱空間で前記積層体を積層方向に加圧することと
を備える蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記加熱空間で加熱する際、加熱空間内を減圧する
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記加熱空間で加熱する際、一定温度以上に前記積層体を加熱してから加熱空間内を減圧する
請求項2に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記加熱空間で加熱する前に加熱空間内の空気を不活性ガスで置換することをさらに備える
請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記積層体の加圧を前記接着層が粘着性を喪失する温度に冷却されるまで行う
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記積層体をケースに収容してから前記加熱空間で加熱する
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記ケースが弾性力により前記積層体を積層方向に加圧する加圧構造を有し、
前記積層体を前記ケースによって加圧した状態で加熱する
請求項6に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記加圧構造が前記ケースの前記積層体に対向する壁を内側に凹ませた凹部である
請求項7に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。
