Abstract
Description
第1電極層10として厚さ600μmのNi箔を準備し、その上に、厚さ600nmのBaTiO3からなる誘電体層20、及び、厚さ500nmのNiによる第2電極層30を積層した実施例1,2及び比較例1に係る薄膜キャパシタを準備した。
実施例1、2及び比較例1に係る薄膜キャパシタについて、リーク電流特性及び静電容量等の評価を行った。
Claims (2)
- 第1電極層と、
前記第1電極層に対して積層された誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層に対して積層された第2電極層と、を有し、
前記誘電体層は、積層方向に対して直交する方向に延びる層状のボイド集合領域を含む、薄膜キャパシタ。 - 前記ボイド集合領域は、前記誘電体層の厚さに対して5%〜50%の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の薄膜キャパシタ。
