Claims (4)
- シート状の第1の圧電素子と、該第1の圧電素子に対して平行に延在するシート状の第2の圧電素子と、一方の主面に前記第1の圧電素子が配置されるとともに他方の主面に前記第2の圧電素子が配置される振動板とを有する振動デバイスと、
前記第1の圧電素子に生じた起電力を検出するセンサ回路と、該センサ回路において前記起電力を検出したときに前記第2の圧電素子に対して駆動電圧を印加する駆動回路とを有する制御部と
を備え、
前記第1の圧電素子および前記第2の圧電素子のそれぞれが、前記振動板の厚さ方向において第1の外部電極と第2の外部電極とで圧電体を挟んだ構成を有しており、
前記センサ回路は、第1極が前記第1の圧電素子の前記第1の外部電極と電気的に接続され、第2極が前記第1の圧電素子の前記第2の外部電極と電気的に接続されており、
前記駆動回路は、第1極が前記第2の圧電素子の前記第1の外部電極と電気的に接続され、第2極が前記第2の圧電素子の前記第2の外部電極と電気的に接続されている、振動ユニット。 - 前記振動板が導電性を有する材料で構成されており、
前記振動板側に位置する前記第1の圧電素子の前記第2の外部電極および前記第2の圧電素子の前記第2の外部電極が、前記振動板と電気的に接続されており、
前記センサ回路の前記第2極および前記駆動回路の前記第2極が、前記振動板に接続されている、請求項1に記載の振動ユニット。 - 前記振動板に対して平行に延在する板状の第1ケース部と、該第1ケース部に対して平行に延在する板状の第2ケース部とをさらに備え、
前記振動デバイスが、前記第1ケース部の第2ケース部側に配置されるとともに、前記第2ケース部により支持されており、
前記第1の圧電素子の前記第1の外部電極が、前記第1ケース部の前記第2ケース部側の主面に接している、請求項1または2に記載の振動ユニット。 - 前記振動板の厚さ方向から見て、前記第2の圧電素子の外形が、前記第1の圧電素子の外形よりも大きい、請求項3に記載の振動ユニット。
