Abstract
Description
以下、本発明にかかる生鮮食品の油漬けフリーズドライ食品10の実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
また、果物では、果肉構造または色彩構造に特徴があるイチゴ、ブルーベリー、クランベリー、ブラックベリー、キウイ、パイナップル、ブドウ、ミカン、ビワ、リンゴ、バナナ、イチジク、モモ,カキ、スイカ、メロン、レモン、ナシ、ウメ、サクランボ、マンゴー、マンゴスチン、パパイア、ザクロ等が適している。
で、大型の野菜や果実、根菜など広範囲に亘った素材を原料とすることが可能であると共
に、カットの大きさによって食感を変えることができ、食用油21とカットされたフリーズドライ食品20が満遍なく混ぜ合わさることで、オイルジャムや調理ドレッシング、トッピング素材として多様な料理に使用することが可能である。

Claims (3)
- 野菜または果物等の生鮮食品から製造されたフリーズドライ食品が密封可能な容器内において常温下で食用油に漬け込まれて成ることを特徴とする生鮮食品の油漬けフリーズドライ食品。
- 前記食用油が動物性食用油または植物性食用油のいずれか若しくはこれらの混合油であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生鮮食品の油漬けフリーズドライ食品。
- 前記フリーズドライ食品が粉砕またはカットされた状態で食用油に漬け込まれて成ることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の生鮮食品の油漬けフリーズドライ食品。
