Claims (5)
- 板ガラスの端面を一個以上の加工具で加工する端面加工工程を備え、
前記加工具は、前記端面に対して一定の圧力で接触するように構成される定圧式加工具を含み、
前記端面加工工程において、前記定圧式加工具の位置制御を実行する制御装置により、前記定圧式加工具の位置情報に基づいて、前記端面に存在する異常凹凸を検出することを特徴とする板ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記制御装置は、前記定圧式加工具の位置情報が所定の閾値を超えた場合に、前記異常凹凸が前記端面から突出する突起部であることを特定する請求項1に記載の板ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記制御装置は、前記定圧式加工具の位置情報が所定の閾値を超えた場合に、前記異常凹凸が前記端面に存在する欠け又は割れであることを特定する請求項1に記載の板ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記定圧式加工具は、前記端面に対して接近・離反可能に構成されており、
前記制御装置は、前記異常凹凸を検出した場合に、前記定圧式加工具を前記端面から離反させる制御を実行する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記端面加工工程では、前記端面を複数の加工具で加工し、
前記加工具は、複数の定圧式加工具を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記複数の定圧式加工具のうちの先行する定圧式加工具で前記異常凹凸を検出した場合に、前記先行する定圧式加工具に後続する定圧式加工具を前記端面から離反させる制御を実行する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラスの製造方法。
