Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法は、主成分として粘土、石英または長石を含む陶磁器製容器に、その構成成分として、遠赤外線放射に有効とされる酸化物を含有させることにより、前記陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する。

- 主成分として粘土、石英または長石を含む陶磁器製容器に、その構成成分として、遠赤外線放射に有効とされる酸化物を含有させることにより、前記陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御することを特徴とする陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- 前記遠赤外線放射に有効とされる酸化物として、酸化鉄、酸化コバルト、酸化銅、酸化ニッケル、酸化マンガンおよび酸化クロムのうちの少なくとも1種以上を、5〜40質量%含有させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- 前記遠赤外線放射に有効とされる酸化物として、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化スズおよび酸化アンチモンのうちの少なくとも1種以上を、5〜40質量%含有させることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- さらに有色化のための、ネオジム酸化物、セリウム酸化物およびサマリウム酸化物のうちの少なくとも1種以上を、5〜40質量%含有させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- 前記遠赤外線放射に有効とされる酸化物として、遷移金属酸化物、白色系酸化物、および、有色化のための希土類酸化物のうちの少なくとも1種以上を、5〜40質量%含有させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- 前記遠赤外線に有効とされる酸化物の添加量を段階的に変化させた複数の陶磁器製容器を準備することにより、各陶磁器製容器に収容される液体構成成分の蒸発量を段階的に制御することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の陶磁器製容器に収容された液体構成成分の蒸発を制御する方法で使用される前記陶磁器製容器であって、飲食物を収容するよう構成されていることを特徴とする陶磁器製容器。
