Abstract
Description
(燃料電池車両12の概略)
本高圧タンク10が適用された車両12は、駆動手段としての駆動モータ14を備えている。駆動モータ14は、例えば、車両12の車両後側部分に配置されている。また、駆動モータ14は、直接又は減速ギヤ列等の変速手段を介して間接的に車両12の駆動輪としての後輪16へ機械的に接続されており、駆動モータ14から出力された駆動力は、後輪16へ伝わるようになっている。
一方、図1に示されるように、高圧タンク10は、車両12における車両前後方向中間部における車両12の床部又は車体としてのフロアパネル20の車両下側に設けられている。図2から図4の各図に示されるように、高圧タンク10は、複数の容器本体としてのタンク本体22を備えている。これらのタンク本体22は、略円筒形状にされており、タンク本体22の長手方向(中心軸方向)は、車両前後方向とされている。また、これらのタンク本体22は、車幅方向に一列(一層)に並んで設けられている。しかも、これらのタンク本体22は、車幅方向に互いに接近された状態で敷詰められており、車幅方向に隣合うタンク本体22の間隔は、タンク本体22の外周部の直径寸法よりも充分に狭くされている。これによって、複数のタンク本体22は、全体的に車両上下方向に薄い扁平状となるように配置されている。

Claims (10)
- 流体が高圧状態で収容され、放出部から前記流体を放出可能な複数の容器本体と、
前記容器本体に繋げられ、所定の開放温度以上で開放されて前記容器本体内の前記流体を放出する開放手段と、
前記複数の容器本体を跨いで設けられ、前記複数の容器本体の少なくとも一部を覆うと共に、耐熱温度が前記開放温度以上にされ、前記開放手段に繋げられ、前記開放手段への熱の伝達が可能なカバー部材と、
を備える高圧容器。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記カバー部材と前記複数の容器本体との対向方向に見て前記複数の容器本体よりも大きい請求項1に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記カバー部材は、内側へ前記複数の容器本体を収容可能とされ、前記複数の容器本体は、前記カバー部材内へ収容されることによって複数方向から前記カバー部材に覆われる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記カバー部材の熱伝導率は、前記容器本体の表面側での熱伝導率よりも高い請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記カバー部材と前記複数の容器本体との間に設けられ、前記カバー部材よりも熱伝導率が低い低熱伝導層を備える請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記低熱伝導層は、空気の層とされた請求項5に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記複数の容器本体は、連通手段によって繋がれて連通される請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記連通手段は、全ての前記容器本体に繋がって前記容器本体から出た前記流体が通過する1つの通過部を備え、前記開放手段は、前記通過部に設けられる請求項7に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記複数の容器本体の各々の前記放出部に対応して前記開放手段が設けられた請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器。
- 前記複数の容器本体は、車両の床部の車両下側で車幅方向側又は車両前後方向側に一列に並んで配置され、前記カバー部材は、前記複数の容器本体の少なくとも下側に設けられる請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項に記載の高圧容器。
