Description
-本体を冷却するための熱伝導部材、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレート、
-圧縮ガスリザーバの熱膨張を補償するための、圧縮ガスリザーバと通路状の収容面との間の熱伝導性の弾性部材、
-本体を安定化するための補強部材。
熱伝導部材、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートは、特に、熱伝導性の本体と自動車のボディとの間で追加の熱連通を創出することができる。熱伝導部材により、ボディと熱伝導性の本体との間の熱抵抗を低減することができる。したがって、熱を圧縮ガスリザーバからより良く本体を介してボディへと放出することができる。熱伝導部材、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートは、熱伝導性の材料で構成することができる。熱伝導性の材料は金属であってよい。たとえば追加の薄板を本体から自動車のボディまで案内することができる。金属の熱伝導部材、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートは、自動車のボディの安定性にも寄与することができる。熱伝導性の材料は、熱伝導性の高い充填物質を含むプラスチックであってもよい。このような熱伝導性部材、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートは、特別に低い重量を示すことができる。さらに熱伝導部材は、熱伝導性の本体と一体的に構成されていてよい。それにより、熱伝導部材と熱伝導性の本体との間の熱抵抗を特別に低く抑えることができる。熱伝導部材を、熱伝導性の本体に別個に配置することもできる。冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートは、いっそう特別に好ましく熱を熱伝導性の本体から流体へ、たとえば水や空気へ、放出することができる。このようにして、タンク充填プロセスのときに発生する熱を特別に好ましく圧縮ガスリザーバから熱伝導性の本体を介して自動車のボディへと伝導し、特に伝達することができる。冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレートにより、熱伝導性の本体の熱抵抗を低く抑えることができるからである。
-エンジンの液体冷却部の通風器、
-自動車の内部空間を換気するための送風ファン、
-自動車の燃料電池システムのエアコンプレッサ。
-自動車のエンジンまたはパワーエレクトロニクスを冷却するための冷却回路、
-自動車の空調をするための冷媒回路、特に自動車の空調設備の冷媒回路、
-燃料電池システムを冷却するための冷却回路。
-外部の通風器、
-自動車に水を噴射するための外部の水噴射装置、
-外部の冷却室。
-外部の通風器、
-自動車に水を噴射するための外部の水噴射装置、
-外部の冷却室。
a)タンク充填プロセスの状態を判定するためにタンクステーションのデータインターフェースと自動車の対応データインターフェースとの間でデータ通信がなされ、
b)タンクステーション管理ユニットによってポジティブなタンク充填プロセス状態が認識され、
c)自動車のボディを冷却するためにタンクステーション管理ユニットおよび/または車両管理ユニットによって冷却装置が作動化され、自動車の圧縮ガスリザーバがタンク充填される。

Claims (10)
- 圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)を冷却するための、自動車(100)のための圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)において、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)は、
a)前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)を収容するための多数の通路状の収容面(22)を有する本体(20)であって、前記本体(20)が熱伝導性であるとともに、自動車(100)のボディ(120)の対応取付インターフェース(126)に配置するための取付インターフェース(26)を有し、前記本体(20)がボディ(120)と熱連通式に結合するための熱伝導面(24)を有しているものと、
b)高い圧力のもとにあるガスを貯蔵するための圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)とを有し、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)が熱伝導性であるとともに、熱連通のために前記本体(20)の前記通路状の収容面(22)で前記本体(20)により形状接合式に収容され、
各々の前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)の外側外套面(AM)の少なくとも15%が、前記本体(20)のそれぞれの前記通路状の収容面(22)で前記本体(20)との熱連通のために収容されることを特徴とする、圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置。 - 圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)を冷却するための、自動車(100)のための圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)において、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)は、
a)前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)を収容するための多数の通路状の収容面(22)を有する本体(20)であって、前記本体(20)が熱伝導性であるとともに、自動車(100)のボディ(120)の対応取付インターフェース(126)に配置するための取付インターフェース(26)を有し、前記本体(20)がボディ(120)と熱連通式に結合するための熱伝導面(24)を有しているものと、
b)高い圧力のもとにあるガスを貯蔵するための圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)とを有し、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)が熱伝導性であるとともに、熱連通のために前記本体(20)の前記通路状の収容面(22)で前記本体(20)により形状接合式に収容され、
前記本体(20)は次の各部材、
前記本体を冷却するための熱伝導部材(32)、特に冷却リブおよび/または冷却通路および/または冷却プレート、
前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)の熱膨張を補償するための、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)と前記通路状の収容面(22)との間の熱伝導性の弾性部材(34)、
前記本体(20)を安定化するための補強部材(36)、
のうちの少なくとも1つを有することを特徴とする、圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)。 - システム(300)において、前記システム(300)は、自動車(100)と、自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するための冷却装置(200)とを含み、自動車(100)は、
a)請求項1または2に記載の圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)と、
b)対応取付インターフェース(124)を有するボディ(120)とをさらに有し、前記圧縮ガスリザーバ収容装置(1)の熱伝導性の前記本体(20)が取付インターフェース(24)により前記対応取付インターフェース(124)に配置される、システム。 - 前記冷却装置(200)は、自動車(100)の通風器(130)と、前記通風器(130)から送出される冷却空気を自動車(100)のボディ(120)へと案内するための冷却空気案内部材(132)とを有し、および/または前記冷却装置(200)は、自動車(100)の冷却回路(140)と、冷却流体を自動車(100)のボディ(120)へと案内するための冷却流体案内部材(142)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム(300)。
- 前記冷却装置(200)は自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するための外部の冷却部材(210)を有し、前記冷却部材(210)は自動車(100)の領域に配置可能であり、前記冷却部材(210)は次の各部材、
外部の通風器(212)、
自動車(100)に水を噴射するための外部の水噴射装置(214)、
冷却室、
のうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のシステム(300)。 - 請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム(300)のためのタンクステーション(500)において、前記タンクステーション(500)は、
a)自動車(100)を駐車するための駐車領域(510)と、
b)自動車(100)の対応データインターフェース(162)との間でデータを通信するためのデータインターフェース(562)を有するタンクステーション管理ユニット(560)とを有し、
前記タンクステーション管理ユニット(560)は、前記データインターフェース(562)と前記対応データインターフェース(162)との間のデータ通信に基づいて自動車(100)のポジティブなタンク充填プロセス状態(S1)を認識し、ポジティブなタンク充填プロセス状態(S1)が認識されたときに自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するための前記冷却装置(200)を作動化させるために少なくとも構成される、タンクステーション。 - 前記タンクステーション(500)は自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するための前記冷却装置(200)の外部の冷却部材(210)を有し、前記冷却部材(210)は自動車(100)の領域に配置され、前記冷却部材(210)は次の各部材、
外部の通風器(212)、
自動車(100)に水を噴射するための外部の水噴射装置(214)、
冷却室、
のうちの1つであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタンクステーション(500)。 - 前記駐車領域(510)は流体透過性のカバー(514)を有する車両ピット(512)を有し、自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するための前記冷却装置(200)が前記車両ピット(512)の中に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のタンクステーション(500)。
- 請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載のタンクステーション(500)で請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシステムを用いて自動車(100)をタンク充填するときに自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却する方法において、自動車(100)は対応データインターフェース(162)を有し、前記方法は次の各ステップを有し、
a)タンク充填プロセスの状態を判定するために前記タンクステーション(500)の前記データインターフェース(562)と自動車(100)の前記対応データインターフェース(162)との間でデータ通信(602)がなされ、
b)前記タンクステーション管理ユニット(560)によってポジティブなタンク充填プロセス状態が認識(604)され、
c)自動車(100)のボディ(120)を冷却するために前記タンクステーション管理ユニット(560)および/または車両管理ユニットによって前記冷却装置(200)が作動化(606)され、自動車(100)の前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)がタンク充填(608)される、方法。 - 前記方法は前記ステップc)の後に次のステップd)を有し、
d)前記圧縮ガスリザーバ(10)が設定可能な温度閾値を下回ったときに前記冷却装置(200)が不作動化(612)される、
