Abstract
Description
導電性繊維は、合成繊維の中に金属や黒鉛を均一に分散させてなる導電性繊維、有機物繊維の表面を金属で被覆した導電性繊維、有機物繊維の表面を導電性物質を含む樹脂で被覆した導電性繊維などである。なお、電気伝導度の観点から、導電性繊維の中では、カーボン繊維が好ましい。
ホストポリマーは、その他のリチウムイオン伝導性を持たない高分子や、イオン伝導性を有する高分子(固体高分子電解質)を適用することも可能である。その他のリチウムイオン伝導性を持たない高分子は、例えば、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリメチルメタクリレートである。イオン伝導性を有する高分子は、例えば、ポリエチレンオキシドやポリプロピレンオキシドである。

前記セルケースの内部圧力が前記セルケースの外部圧力よりも低い場合に変形し、前記積層体の前記一方の面と当接し、前記セルケースの内部圧力と前記セルケースの外部圧力との差圧に基づく圧力を、当接した面に付与するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 前記集電体層は、前記変位吸収部よりも硬い樹脂集電体から構成される請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記変位吸収部は、金属または金属繊維からなる弾性体、植物繊維または/かつ金属以外の繊維を膠着させたものに対して炭素材料を混ぜた弾性体、および高分子材料に対して前記炭素材料を混ぜた弾性体からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記変位吸収部の許容ひずみは、30〜99%である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
