Claims (7)
- 光源と、
前記光源の光から分光して励起光を生成する励起側分光器と、
入射した励起光を散乱する内面を有する積分球と、
前記積分球において、入射した励起光が直接照射されず、前記内面において散乱した励起光が照射可能な位置に設けられ、測定対象の試料を保持可能な試料保持部と、
前記内面において散乱した励起光が照射した前記試料から放出された蛍光を検知する検知器と、
蛍光を放出する前記試料の試料画像を撮像する撮像装置と、
を備える分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記撮像装置が、前記積分球の中心から見て前記試料保持部の位置と対極する位置に設けられ、
前記撮像装置は、前記試料から放出される蛍光を直接捉えて前記試料画像を撮像する、
分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記撮像装置は前記積分球の外側に設けられ、
前記撮像装置は、前記内面において散乱した後、前記積分球から出射した蛍光を捉えて前記試料画像を撮像する、
分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項3に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記検知器および前記撮像装置は、前記積分球に設けられた共通の穴を通過した蛍光を捉える、
分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記積分球と前記試料保持部との間に設けられ、前記試料から放出される蛍光を部分的に遮蔽するアパーチャーを更に備える、分光蛍光光度計。 - 請求項1に記載の分光蛍光光度計であって、
前記検知器により取得される蛍光の強度のスペクトルと前記試料画像とを同一画面内で並べて表示する表示部を更に備える、分光蛍光光度計。 - 励起光を積分球の内面に入射させ、
前記内面にて散乱した励起光を測定対象の試料に照射し、
励起光が照射した前記試料から放出された蛍光を検知し、
蛍光を放出する前記試料の試料画像を撮像する、
分光蛍光測定及び画像撮像方法。
