Abstract
Description
すなわち、本発明は、以下の好適な態様を包含する。
[1](A)加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー、および(B)反応性可塑剤を含む硬化性組成物であって、反応性可塑剤(B)は、以下の式(1):
R(CH3O)2Si− (1)
〔式中、Rは、水素原子または炭素原子数が1または2であるアルキル基を示す〕
で示されるジメトキシシリル基を含有し、およびアクリル骨格を有するポリマー(B−1)を含む、硬化性組成物。
[2]加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)の加水分解性シリル基は、式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基である、[1]に記載の硬化性組成物。
[3]加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)の平均加水分解性シリル基数は1以上である、[1]または[2]に記載の硬化性組成物。
[4]加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)は、ポリオキシアルキレン骨格を有する、[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[5]加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)は、重量平均分子量が5000〜50000である、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[6]反応性可塑剤(B)は、トリメトキシシリル基を含有し、およびアクリル骨格を有するポリマー(B−2)を更に含む、[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[7]反応性可塑剤(B)中の式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基のモル比は、式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基とトリメトキシシリル基のモル数の合計に対して20モル%以上である、[6]に記載の硬化性組成物。
[8]反応性可塑剤(B)の平均加水分解性シリル基数は0.5以上である、[1]〜[7]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[9]反応性可塑剤(B)の重量平均分子量は1000〜20000である、[1]〜[8]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[10]加水分解性シリル基を含有しない可塑剤(C)を更に含む、[1]〜[9]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[11]可塑剤(C)はポリオキシアルキレン骨格を有する、[1]〜[10]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[12]可塑剤(C)の重量平均分子量は400〜5000である、[1]〜[11]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[13]可塑剤(C)は末端OH基を含む、[1]〜[12]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[14]可塑剤(C)は2個の末端OH基を含む、[1]〜[13]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[15]硬化性組成物は、硬化性組成物の質量を基準に、加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)10〜50質量%、反応性可塑剤(B)1〜40質量%、可塑剤(C)1〜20質量%を含む、[1]〜[14]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
[16]JIS A 1439 5.17「耐久性試験」(2010)における耐久性区分8020を満たす、[1]〜[15]のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。

〔式中、Rは、水素原子または炭素原子数が1または2であるアルキル基を示す〕
で示されるジメトキシシリル基がより好ましく、メチルジメトキシシリル基およびエチルジメトキシシリル基がさらに好ましい。

〔式中、Rは、水素原子または炭素原子数が1または2であるアルキル基を示す〕
で示されるジメトキシシリル基を含有し、およびアクリル骨格を有するポリマー(B−1)(以下、ポリマー(B−1)ともいう)を含む。
塗料適性の評価に用いた試験片を次の通り作製した。
1)フレキシブルボード面にシーリング材を10mm厚で打設し室温にて7日間養生した。
2)各種塗料を標準塗装仕様に基づきシーリング材表面に塗布した。室温にて7日間養生 後、50℃にて14日間加熱し、約1時間室温にて放置したものを試験体とした。
火山灰を振りかけ、試験体を20cmの高さから垂直に床に2回落とし、余分な火山灰を振りおとした後、火山灰が付着している割合を判定した。
○:火山灰の付着割合が1%以下
△:火山灰の付着割合が1%超え30%未満
×:火山灰の付着割合が30%以上
次の通り作製した試験片について耐候性試験を行った。
1)アルミニウム面にシーリング材を5mm厚で打設し、室温にて7日間養生後、50℃にて7日間加熱し、約1時間室温にて放置したものを試験体とした。2)耐候性試験は、サンシャインウェザーオメーター(スガ試験機株式会社製S80B型)を用いて、JIS A 1415 オープンンフレームカーボンアークランプによる暴露試験方法に準じ、以下の試験条件にて行った。
槽内ブラックパネル温度:60℃
槽内温度:50℃
相対湿度:50%
試験時間:3000時間
○:亀裂は確認できない
△:亀裂がごくわずかに発生
×:明確な亀裂が発生
JIS A 1439(2010) 5.17「耐久性試験」、耐久性区分8020に準拠して試験を行った。
○:溶解、膨潤、ひび割れ、被着体からのはく離について明確な異常が無い。
△:溶解、膨潤、ひび割れ、被着体からのはく離について明確な異常が無いが、2mm未満のごく僅かな破壊が見られる。
×:溶解、膨潤、ひび割れ、被着体からのはく離のいずれかが生じる。
JIS K 6833 5.2.1「比重カップ法」に準拠して測定した。
JIS A 1439(2010) 5.20「引張接着試験」の養生後引張接着試験時の50%伸び率の荷重を測定した。
JIS A 1439(2010) 5.2「弾性復元性試験」に規定される60%伸長時の弾性復元性率を測定した。
表1に示す割合にて各成分をまとめて投入し、混合撹拌して硬化性組成物を得た。得られた各硬化性組成物について、塗料適性(ブリードアウト性)、耐候性、動的耐久性、比重、モジュラス、復元性について評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。

アクリル系反応性可塑剤A(ブチルアクリレートと3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシランの共重合体とブチルアクリレートと3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの共重合体とブチルアクリレート重合体の混合物、平均加水分解性シリル基数0.7、ジメトキシシリル基:トリメトキシシリル基のモル比=46:52、重量平均分子量9000)

アクリル系反応性可塑剤B(ブチルアクリレートと3−メタクリロキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシランの共重合体とブチルアクリレートと3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの共重合体とブチルアクリレート重合体の混合物、平均加水分解性シリル基数0.7、ジメトキシシリル基:トリメトキシシリル基のモル比=30:70、重量平均分子量9000)

Claims (16)
- (A)加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー、および(B)反応性可塑剤を含む硬化性組成物であって、反応性可塑剤(B)は、以下の式(1):
R(CH3O)2Si− (1)
〔式中、Rは、水素原子または炭素原子数が1または2であるアルキル基を示す〕
で示されるジメトキシシリル基を含有し、およびアクリル骨格を有するポリマー(B−1)を含む、硬化性組成物。 - 加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)の加水分解性シリル基は、式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基である、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)の平均加水分解性シリル基数は1以上である、請求項1または2に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)は、ポリオキシアルキレン骨格を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)は、重量平均分子量が5000〜50000である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 反応性可塑剤(B)は、トリメトキシシリル基を含有し、およびアクリル骨格を有するポリマー(B−2)を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 反応性可塑剤(B)中の式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基のモル比は、式(1)で示されるジメトキシシリル基とトリメトキシシリル基のモル数の合計に対して20モル%以上である、請求項6に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 反応性可塑剤(B)の平均加水分解性シリル基数は0.5以上である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 反応性可塑剤(B)の重量平均分子量は1000〜2000である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 加水分解性シリル基を含有しない可塑剤(C)を更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 可塑剤(C)はポリオキシアルキレン骨格を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 可塑剤(C)の重量平均分子量は400〜5000である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 可塑剤(C)は末端OH基を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 可塑剤(C)は2個の末端OH基を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- 硬化性組成物は、硬化性組成物の質量を基準に、加水分解性シリル基含有ポリマー(A)10〜50質量%、反応性可塑剤(B)1〜40質量%、可塑剤(C)1〜20質量%を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
- JIS A 1439 5.17「耐久性試験」(2010)における耐久性区分8020を満たす、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の硬化性組成物。
