Abstract
Description
複合材構造物の製造方法S1は、複合材を用いて製品として使用可能な複合材構造物1を製造する。複合材構造物1は、例えば、航空機の機体を構成する構造体となっており、主翼、尾翼または胴体等に適用される。本実施形態で製造される複合材構造物1は、図1に示すように、内部に中空部3を有する長尺部品である。複合材構造物1では、一辺に開口部4が形成されている。本実施形態の複合材構造物1は、成形体2の表面に塗装が施された部品である。
以上、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳述したが、各実施形態における各構成及びそれらの組み合わせ等は一例であり、本発明の趣旨から逸脱しない範囲内で、構成の付加、省略、置換、及びその他の変更が可能である。また、本発明は実施形態によって限定されることはなく、特許請求の範囲によってのみ限定される。
Claims (4)
- 成形用部材に保護フィルムを取り付けるフィルム取付工程と、
加熱対象となる複合材を前記保護フィルムの上から前記成形用部材に取り付け、圧力容器に収容して成形体を成形する成形工程と、
前記保護フィルムが取り付けられた前記成形用部材から前記成形体を取り外す成形体取り外し工程と、を含み、
前記保護フィルムは、フッ素成分の含有量が0.1%未満の耐熱離型フィルムである複合材構造物の製造方法。 - 前記保護フィルムは、4−メチル−1−ペンテン・α−オレフィン共重合体を95%以上含有する耐熱離型フィルムである請求項1に記載の複合材構造物の製造方法。
- 前記保護フィルムは、プラズマ処理により離型層が構築された熱可塑性エラストマを含有する耐熱離型フィルムである請求項1に記載の複合材構造物の製造方法。
- 前記成形用部材は、前記成形体の内部に中空部を形成する型治具であり、
前記成形工程は、前記成形用部材を囲むように前記複合材を配置して成形する請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の複合材構造物の製造方法。
