Claims (18)
- アレイ基板であって、複数のデータ線及び複数の走査線を備え、前記データ線と走査線は2本ずつ非接触交差して画素領域を形成し、前記アレイ基板は複数のR、G、Bサブ画素を更に備え、前記R、G、Bサブ画素は、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って順に配置され、前記各サブ画素は、薄膜トランジスタTFTを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線に電気的に接続され、前記各画素領域には、少なくとも1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、隣接する2つの前記画素領域を形成する走査線は異なり、隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は互いに反対の極性を有し、前記走査線の水平方向に沿って配置された前記サブ画素は同じ色を有する、ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。
- 前記各画素領域には、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なるデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記データ線は、列反転駆動データ又は行反転駆動データを出力するために使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアレイ基板。
- 奇数列に位置する前記画素領域には、1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、偶数列に位置する前記画素領域には、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なる走査線に接続され、同じデータ線の両側に分離された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、前記同じデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアレイ基板。
- アレイ基板であって、複数のデータ線及び複数の走査線を備え、前記データ線と走査線は2本ずつ非接触交差して画素領域を形成し、前記アレイ基板は複数のR、G、Bサブ画素を更に備え、前記R、G、Bサブ画素は、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って順に配置され、前記各サブ画素は、薄膜トランジスタTFTを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線に電気的に接続され、前記各画素領域には、少なくとも1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、隣接する2つの前記画素領域を形成する走査線が異なる、ことを特徴とするアレイ基板。
- 前記各画素領域には、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なるデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記データ線は、列反転駆動データ又は行反転駆動データを出力するために使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアレイ基板。
- 奇数列に位置する前記画素領域には、1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、偶数列に位置する前記画素領域には、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なる走査線に接続され、同じデータ線の両側に分離された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、前記同じデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアレイ基板。
- 隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、互いに反対の極性を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記走査線の水平方向に沿って配置された前記サブ画素は、同じ色を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のアレイ基板。
- 前記TFTのドレインは前記サブ画素に電気的に接続され、ゲートは前記走査線に電気的に接続され、ソースは前記データ線に電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のアレイ基板。
- 液晶表示装置であって、対向して設けられたアレイ基板、カラーフィルム基板、及び前記アレイ基板とカラーフィルム基板との間に挟み込まれた液晶分子を備え、前記アレイ基板は、複数のデータ線及び複数の走査線を備え、前記データ線と走査線は2本ずつ非接触交差して画素領域を形成し、前記アレイ基板は複数のR、G、Bサブ画素を更に備え、前記R、G、Bサブ画素は、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って順に配置され、前記各サブ画素は、薄膜トランジスタTFTを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線に電気的に接続され、前記各画素領域には、少なくとも1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、隣接する2つの前記画素領域を形成する走査線が異なる、ことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
- 前記各画素領域には、前記データ線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線及び前記データ線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なるデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記データ線は、列反転駆動データ又は行反転駆動データを出力するために使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 奇数列に位置する前記画素領域には、1つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、偶数列に位置する前記画素領域には、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された2つの前記サブ画素が設けられ、前記各サブ画素は、対応するFTFを介して、対応する前記走査線にそれぞれ接続され、前記走査線と平行な方向に沿って配置された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、異なる走査線に接続され、同じデータ線の両側に分離された隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、前記同じデータ線に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 隣接する2つの前記サブ画素は、互いに反対の極性を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記走査線の水平方向に沿って配置された前記サブ画素は、同じ色を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
