Abstract
Description
網又は織布:例えばLLDPE(低密度の直鎖状ポリエチレン)、LDPE(低密度のポリエチレン)、HDPE(高密度のポリエチレン)、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、EVA(エチレン酢酸ビニル)又は同様のプラスチック材等のポリオレフィン類から形成又は構成される薄帯が網又は織布に加工される。織布はほぼ全ての所望寸法で製造できるため、織布の大きさは原則任意である。
糸:網を構成する薄帯。最終的に伸ばされる前の厚さは15〜60μmであり、幅は1.5〜10mmである。
縦糸:環状網を形成するように網の流れ方向につながったメッシュ。
横糸:ジグザグ状に編み合わせられ縦糸を網に繋げる糸。
MD(機械方向):製造中の網の流れ方向又はシートを広げる際のシートの流れ方向。
TD(横断方向):流れ方向又は機械方向に垂直な方向。
フィルム:例えばポリエチレン、HDPE、LLDPE又はその他熱可塑性ポリオレフィン類等のプラスチック材シート又はプラスチック材フィルムからなり、巻き上げられ、厚さが7〜60μmで幅が500〜3000mmのロール。長さは製造機(押出機)の特性による。
トレンチ(溝):横断方向に予め伸ばされるシートの第1領域を規定し、全長にわたりシートに沿って延びる。
細片又は帯:予め伸ばされない材料の領域(第2領域)を規定し、全長にわたりフィルムに沿って延び、シートの本来の厚みを有する例えば管状形状の施工。
Claims (16)
- 相互に重ねて配置され相互結合される第1シート(100)と織布(200)とを含む梱包材(600)であって、
第1シート(100)は第1領域(120)と第2領域(110)とを含み、第1領域(120)では第1シート(100)が局所的に伸ばされ、第2領域(110)では第1シート(100)が局所的に伸ばされず、各第1領域(120)は2つの第2領域(110)間に配置されて第1方向に延び、
織布(200)は一部が第1方向と交差する方向に延びる糸(220)を含むことを特徴とする梱包材(600)。 - 第1シート(100)が微細孔(170)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の梱包材(600)。
- 第1シート(100)が孔のない連続シートとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の梱包材(600)。
- シートは異なるプラスチック材の複数の層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の梱包材(600)。
- 更に第2シート(300)を含み、
第2シート(300)は、第1領域(320)と第2領域(310)とを含み、第1領域(320)では第2シート(300)が局所的に伸ばされ、第2領域(310)では第2シートが局所的に伸ばされず、各第1領域(320)は2つの第2領域(310)間に配置されて第1方向に延び、
織布(200)が第1シート(100)と第2シート(300)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の梱包材(600)。 - 第1シート(100)が第2シート(300)とは異なる材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の梱包材(600)。
- 接着剤(500)が第1シート(100)の外側にのみ塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の梱包材(600)。
- 第1シート(100)が微細孔(170)を含み、第2シート(300)が微細孔のない連続層として形成されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の梱包材(600)。
- 織布(200)が第1方向に延びる縦糸(2101、2102、・・・210n)を含み、糸(220)が隣接する2つの縦糸(2101、2102、・・・210n)間に延びジグザグ状パターンを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の梱包材(600)。
- 縦糸(2101、2102、・・・210n)が、第2領域(110)に沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の梱包材(600)。
- 織布(200)の幅が第1シート(100)よりも大きく、幅は第1方向に対し垂直で計測されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の梱包材(600)。
- 第1シートの第1領域を局所的に伸ばし、各第2領域が第1方向に延びる第2領域を規定するように第1領域が第1方向に延び、各第1領域が2つの第2領域間に配置される工程(S100)と、
第1シート上に糸を含み、糸の一部が第1方向と交差する方向に延びる織布を配置する工程(S110)と、
織布とシートとを相互結合する工程(S120)と
を含むことを特徴とする梱包材製造方法。 - 織布が第1シートと第2シートとの間に配置されるように、織布と第1シートの上に第2シートを配置する工程(S130)を更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1シートが織布と共に第1方向に垂直な第2方向に伸ばされることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 織布とシートとの相互結合は熱処理を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 接着剤を第1シートに塗布する工程(S140)を更に含む、請求項12乃至15のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
