Abstract

Με τη μέθοδο της εξώθησης (σχήμα 1, θέση 1) παράγονται νήματα από πολυαιθυλένιο (σχήμα 1, θέση 2). Τα νήματα αυτά ψύχονται σε δοχείο με κρύο νερό (σχήμα 1, θέση 3). Κατόπιν αφού προτεντωθούν (σχήμα 1, θέση 4) εισέρχονται σε θερμαινόμενο κλίβανο (σχήμα 1, θέση 5), όπου με τη βοήθεια αξόνων (σχήμα 1,θέση 6) τα νήματα τεντώνονται. Η μιχίνα που δημιουργείται με την παραπάνω μέθοδο τυλίγεται σε καρούλια (σχήμα 1, θέση 8) σε τυλικτικό σύστημα (σχήμα 1, θέση 9). Έπειτα τα καρούλια μιχίνας τοποθετούνται στην πλεκτομηχανή και πλέκονται με δικτυωτούς ιστούς με νήματα πολυαιθυλενίου. Το τελικό προϊόν είναι δίχτυ για την παλετοποίηση διαφόρων υλικών (σχήμα 2), το οποίο διαθέτει μεγάλη ελαστικότητα καιμεγάλη αντοχή στη θραύση και στον εφελκυσμό.
