- 注射装置であって:
中空針が配置されるまたは配置可能な第1の端部を有する中空本体と;
該中空本体内に配置される、破断封止膜を含む栓と;
中空本体内に配置されるピストンとを含み、
ここで、該ピストン、中空本体および栓は、液体薬剤を含む容積を画成し、栓は、中空本体の第1の端部に対してピストンよりも近くにあり、破断封止膜は、初期において、薬剤から針を隔離しており、
破断封止膜は、薬剤に圧力を加えるようにピストンが動かされたときに、破断封止膜が針に接触することなく流体圧力だけで破断し薬剤が針を通って排出されるように構成され、ピストンは、該ピストンの中空本体の第1の端部の方に向く側に配置された突起を含み、該突起は、薬剤の排除の終わりに栓のアパーチャ内へと延びるような形状である、

- 1つまたはそれ以上の破断封止膜は、応力のない位置において凸状である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 注射器で使用される薬剤カートリッジである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 液体物質は、中空本体の第1の端部と栓との間に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 中空本体は、首部を含み、栓は、首部に対して配置される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 注射装置は、シリンジデバイスであり、中空本体は、シリンジデバイスの外側ハウジングを形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 栓は、中空本体の第1の端部に対して配置される、請求項11に記載の注射装置。
- 注射装置を組み立てる方法であって:
中空針を収容するように構成された前端と開いた後端とを含む中空本体を支持する工程と;
流体圧力だけで破断するように構成された破断封止膜を含む栓を、中空本体の後端から挿入する工程と;
中空本体の内壁に対する封止を形成する栓を、前端の方に向かって中空本体に沿って押す工程と;
液体薬剤を中空本体に供給する工程と;
ピストンであって、該ピストンの中空本体の第1の端部の方に向く側に配置され薬剤の排除の終わりに栓のアパーチャ内へと延びるような形状の突起を含むピストンを、中空本体の後端から挿入する工程と;
ピストンと中空本体と栓とによって画成される容積内の薬剤を封止するように、中空本体の内壁に対する封止を形成するピストンを、該ピストンが薬剤に達するまで栓の方に向かって中空本体に沿って押す工程と
を含む、前記方法。 - 注射装置であって:
中空針が配置されるまたは配置可能な第1の端部を有する中空本体と;
該中空本体内に配置され、少なくとも2つの反対向きの破断封止膜を含む栓であって、破断封止膜のうちの少なくとも1つは、栓の第1の側からの流体圧力により破断するように構成され、破断封止膜のうちの少なくとも1つは、栓の他方の側からの流体圧力により破断するように構成される、栓と;
中空本体内に配置されるピストンとを含み、
ここで、該ピストン、中空本体および栓は、液体薬剤を含む容積を画成し、栓は、中空本体の第1の端部に対してピストンよりも近くにあり、破断封止膜は、初期において、薬剤から針を隔離している、前記注射装置。 - 破断封止膜の少なくとも1つは、破断封止膜の少なくとも1つの他のものに対して反対方向に湾曲している、請求項14に記載の注射装置。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の破断封止膜は、応力のない位置において、凸状である、請求項14または15に記載の注射装置。
- 針は、中空本体の第1の端部に連結され、針の、中空本体の内部にある端部は、中空本体の第1の端部に対して破断封止膜よりも近くにある、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 注射器で使用される薬剤カートリッジである、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 液体物質は、中空本体の第1の端部と栓との間に配置される、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 中空本体は、首部を含み、栓は、首部に対して配置される、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 注射装置は、シリンジデバイスであり、中空本体は、シリンジデバイスの外側ハウジングを形成する、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 栓は、中空本体の第1の端部に対して配置される、請求項21に記載の注射装置。
- 注射装置を組み立てる方法であって:
中空針を収容するように構成された前端と開いた後端とを含む中空本体を支持する工程と;
栓を中空本体の後端から挿入する工程であって、栓は、少なくとも2つの反対向きの破断封止膜を含み、該破断封止膜のうちの少なくとも1つは、栓の第1の側からの流体圧力により破断するように構成され、破断封止膜のうちの少なくとも1つは、栓の他方の側からの流体圧力により破断するように構成される、工程と;
中空本体の内壁に対する封止を形成する栓を、前端の方に向かって中空本体に沿って押す工程と;
液体薬剤を中空本体に供給する工程と;
ピストンを、中空本体の後端から挿入する工程と;
ピストンと中空本体と栓とによって画成される容積内の薬剤を封止するように中空本体の内壁に対する封止を形成するピストンを、該ピストンが薬剤に達するまで栓の方に向かって中空本体に沿って押す工程と
を含む、前記方法。
