Description
初期状態において、ねじ付ロッド要素28はプランジャユニット19に受け入れられ、それによってプランジャユニット19の内側キャビティを満たす。プランジャユニット19は、回転しないように案内部材27によって固定され、ねじ付ロッド要素28は引っ張られた弾性要素24と共に、回転しないようにロッキング機構によって固定される。
注射をトリガするため、自動注射デバイス10を、患者の皮膚などの注射部位に対して押圧する。たとえば患者または介護者などの使用者が、手の全てで自動注射デバイス10を把持し、自動注射デバイス10の遠位端を注射部位に対して押圧する。
注射部位に対して押圧するとき、自動注射デバイス10の引き込み可能スリーブがハウジング11の中に後退し、中空注射針17が露出し、注射する準備が整う。針17が注射部位に挿入された後、突出部26は、第1の位置(図2Aに示される)から第2の位置(図3Aに示される)に動くよう、手動で操作される。突出部26は、ねじ付ロッド要素28の溝25から係合解除され、ねじ付ロッド要素28は、回転可能に解放された弾性要素24によってもたらされた駆動力を受けて回転する。

- 液体薬剤を送達するための自動注射器であって:
シリンジを封止して薬剤を変位させるためのピストンを備えるシリンジを含むように配置されたハウジングであって、近位端、および注射部位に対して適用されるよう意図された遠位端を有する、ハウジングと;
ピストンとハウジングの近位端との間に配置され、ねじ付ロッド要素を受け入れて係合するねじ付内面を含む、プランジャユニットと;

- ロッキング機構は、ねじ付ロッド要素に設けられた第1のロッキング要素、および第2のロッキング要素を含み、該第1および第2のロッキング要素は互いに解放可能に係合されるように構成される、請求項5または6に記載の自動注射器。
- 第2のロッキング要素は、ロッキング機構の手動操作を可能にするようにハウジングから突出する、請求項7に記載の自動注射器。
- 第1のロッキング要素は、ねじ付ロッド要素の第1の端部に設けられた溝であり、第2のロッキング要素は可動の突出部であり、該突出部が第1の位置にあるとき、突出部は溝と係合され、突出部が第2の位置にあるとき、突出部は溝から係合解除される、請求項7に記載の自動注射器。
- 第1のロッキング要素は、ねじ付ロッド要素の第1の端部に設けられたスロットであり、第2のロッキング要素はフックあり、該フックが第1の向きにあるとき、フックはスロットと係合され、フックが第2の向きにあるとき、フックはスロットから係合解除される、請求項7に記載の自動注射器。
- 第2の向きは、回転可能なキャップを第1の向きから回転させることによって実現される、請求項10に記載の自動注射器。
- シリンジの中に含まれる薬剤を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器。
- 自動注射器のプランジャユニットを変位させる方法であって、プランジャユニットは、ねじ付ロッド要素を受け入れて係合するための、ねじ付内面を含み、ここで、ねじ付ロッド要素に固定され、引っ張られた弾性要素を解放したときに、ねじ付ロッド要素は第1の方向に回転し、プランジャユニットを横方向に変位させる、前記方法。
