Claims (7)
- 三級アミンオキシドの水溶液中におけるセルロースの均質な懸濁液(2)を製造するための高濃度混合器(1)であって、
固定コンテナ(3)と、コンテナ軸(7)に配置された撹拌器(8)とを備え、
前記撹拌器が、コンテナ底部(4)の領域に設けられたフランジ(9)を介してモーターに接続され、
前記モーターが、前記コンテナ(3)内に提供された前記懸濁液(2)を混合するために前記撹拌器(8)を回転駆動するように設計され、
前記撹拌器(8)が、前記コンテナ(3)の中心における前記懸濁液(2)の縦下降流(12)とコンテナ壁の領域における前記懸濁液(2)の縦上昇流(13)とを引き起こす少なくとも1つの螺旋コイル(11)を含み、
前記フランジ(9)が、前記コンテナ(3)から前記懸濁液(2)を拭うように、および、前記コンテナ壁の領域における前記懸濁液(2)の前記縦上昇流(13)を援助するように設計された、前記フランジ(9)の外周に設けられた少なくとも1つのブレード(15)を備えることと、
スペーサ(16)が、前記コンテナ底部(4)と前記フランジ(9)との間に設けられ、前記スペーサが、前記コンテナ底部(4)と前記フランジ(9)との間における実質的に一定の幅(17)のギャップを確実なものとすることとを特徴とする、高濃度混合器(1)。 - 前記コンテナ底部にフラッシュ接続体が設けられ、
前記フラッシュ接続体を介して、NMMO水溶液または懸濁液が、前記コンテナから引き出されることができる、および/または、ポンプにより前記コンテナ内に導入されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高濃度混合器(1)。 - 少なくとも1つの前記螺旋コイル(11)が、前記撹拌器(8)の軸の外周に搭載され、前記フランジ(9)において終端し、
各場合において、前記ブレード(15)のうちの1つが、1つまたはいくつかの前記螺旋コイル(11)が前記フランジ(9)において終端する1つまたはいくつかの位置のそれぞれに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の高濃度混合器(1)。 - 前記螺旋コイル(11)の自由周辺縁部が、前記懸濁液(2)に含有されたパルプパーツを切り裂くための突起または引き裂き歯(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高濃度混合器(1)。
- 前記撹拌器(8)が、前記フランジ(9)の反対側における端部にスクレイパー(19)を含み、
前記スクレイパーが、前記懸濁液(2)のパルプパーツを拭うように設計されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高濃度混合器(1)。 - 独立したモーターを含む補助撹拌器(20)が、前記コンテナ(3)の前記中心における前記懸濁液(2)の前記縦下降流(12)と前記コンテナ壁の領域における前記懸濁液(2)の前記縦上昇流(13)とを援助するように前記コンテナ壁に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の高濃度混合器(1)。
- セルロースが、均質な懸濁液の調製のために、乾燥状態において事前粉砕せずに、または、最大50%の含水率で、約60×80cm〜約75×100cmの寸法のパルプ片にした混合パートナーとして約72%〜80%のNMMO水溶液中に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の高濃度混合器(1)を使用する方法。
