Claims (9)
- 電気コネクタであって、
底面及び後面を有する絶縁体であって、前から後の方向に沿って延在している少なくとも2つの収容溝が設けられており、各収容溝が、前記後面で開口している後挿入開口部を有し、前記収容溝は、前記底面で開口している下開口部を有し、前記収容溝の内側壁には、後から前の方向に沿って延在するガイド溝及び保持溝が設けられている、絶縁体と、
該絶縁体に固定された複数の端子と、
前記絶縁体の前記収容溝にそれぞれ保持されている少なくとも2つの嵌合爪と、を備え、各嵌合爪が、
プレート本体、
前記前から後の方向に沿って延在し、前記プレート本体から側方方向に沿って突出している側方突出部、及び
前記プレート本体の下縁に延在しているはんだ付け部、を備え、
前記嵌合爪の前記プレート本体は、前記後挿入開口部を介して前記収容溝に挿入され、
前記側方突出部は、前記ガイド溝を通過して、前記保持溝内に収容され、前記側方突出部の後端は、前記保持溝の内側後壁面によって留止され、前記側方突出部の下縁は、前記保持溝の内側下壁面によって留止され、
前記嵌合爪の上縁輪郭は、上に向かって移動する前記嵌合爪の位置及び前に向かって移動する前記嵌合爪の位置を制限するように、前記収容溝の内側上壁面と協働する少なくとも1つの階段状輪郭を備え、
前記はんだ付け部は、前記下開口部に露出されている、電気コネクタ。 - 前記ガイド溝の内側面が、前記収容溝に向かって前記後から前の方向に沿って斜めに延在する内側面である、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記側方突出部の前端及び前記後端が、前記プレート本体に一体的に接続されている、請求項2に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記側方突出部の前記前端が、傾斜ガイド面として形成されている、請求項3に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 全ての前記嵌合爪の全ての前記側方突出部が、前記絶縁体の同じ側方方向に向かって突出し、
全ての前記収容溝の全ての前記ガイド溝及び全ての前記保持溝が、前記絶縁体の同じ側方方向に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記収容溝のうちの1つの前記保持溝の側面が、外方に開口し、
前記絶縁体の前面が、長溝を有し、
前記収容溝のうちの前記1つの前記保持溝が、前記長溝と連通している、請求項5に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記ガイド溝の下方に位置付けられている前記絶縁体の2つの側部の2つの内側壁面には、陥凹部が各々形成され、該陥凹部及び前記嵌合爪の対応する側面が、前記下開口部に拡大した間隙を形成する、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記嵌合爪の前記上縁輪郭が、少なくとも1つの階段状輪郭を備え、
前記収容溝の前記内側上壁面が、上に向かって移動する前記嵌合爪の位置及び前に向かって移動する前記嵌合爪の位置を制限するように、前記嵌合爪の前記少なくとも1つの階段状輪郭と協働する前記少なくとも1つの階段状輪郭を相応して備える、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ。 - 前記嵌合爪の前記上縁輪郭が、1つの小さい階段状輪郭及び1つの大きい階段状輪郭を備え、
前記収容溝の前記内側上壁面が、1つの小さい階段状輪郭及び1つの大きい階段状輪郭を相応して備える、請求項8に記載の電気コネクタ。
