Abstract
Description
ポリオール成分は、
a)ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、少なくとも35重量パーセントの、400〜2,000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオールであって、ポリエーテルポリオール(複数可)は、酸化プロピレンのホモポリマー、及び70〜99重量%の酸化プロピレンと対応する1〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドとのコポリマーから選択される、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオールと、
b)ポリオール成分の原料a)の100重量部当たり、5〜20重量部の1つ以上のジオール鎖延長剤と、
c)ポリオール成分の原料a)の100重量部当たり、0.1〜3重量部の、少なくとも2つの第1級及び/または第2級脂肪族アミン基を有する、少なくとも1つの化合物と、
d)触媒的に有効な量の少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
e)ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、最大60重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、
ポリイソシアネート成分は、
ポリイソシアネート成分の重量に基づいて、15〜60重量パーセントの、1分子当たり少なくとも2個のイソシアネート基及び700〜3,500のイソシアネート当量を有する、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート基末端ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)プレポリマーであって、ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)セグメントが、1,000〜6,000g/Molの重量を有する、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート基末端ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)プレポリマーと、
ポリイソシアネート成分の重量に基づいて、20〜55重量パーセントの、最大350のイソシアネート当量及び1分子当たり2〜4個のイソシアネート基を有する、少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート化合物と、
最大50重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状無機充填剤と、を含み、
ポリイソシアネート成分のイソシアネート当量、及びポリオール成分の1つのイソシアネート反応基当たりの当量は、ポリイソシアネート成分及びポリオール成分が1:1の体積比で混合されるとき、イソシアネートインデックスが、1.1対1.8になるようなものである。
実施例1及び2ならびに比較試料A〜Dに使用されるポリオール成分は、表1に示される原料を混合することによって作製される。
Claims (7)
- ポリオール成分及びイソシアネート成分を有する2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物であって、
前記ポリオール成分は、
a)前記ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、少なくとも35重量パーセントの、400〜2,000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオールであって、前記ポリエーテルポリオール(複数可)は、酸化プロピレンのホモポリマー、及び70〜99重量%の酸化プロピレンと対応する1〜30重量%のエチレンオキシドとのコポリマーから選択される、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオールと、
b)前記ポリオール成分の原料a)100重量部当たり、5〜20重量部の1つ以上のジオール鎖延長剤と、
c)前記ポリオール成分の原料a)100重量部当たり、0.1〜3重量部の、少なくとも2つの第1級及び/または第2級脂肪族アミン基を有する、少なくとも1つの化合物と、
d)触媒的に有効な量の少なくとも1つのウレタン触媒と、
e)前記ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、最大60重量パーセントの少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分は、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分の重量に基づいて、15〜60重量パーセントの、1分子当たり少なくとも2個のイソシアネート基及び700〜3,500のイソシアネート当量を有する、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート末端ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)プレポリマーであって、ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)セグメントが、1,000〜6,000g/Molの重量を有する、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート末端ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)プレポリマーと、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分の重量に基づいて、20〜50重量パーセントの、最大350のイソシアネート当量及び1分子当たり2〜4個のイソシアネート基を有する、少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート化合物と、
最大50重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分の前記イソシアネート当量、及び前記ポリオール成分の1つのイソシアネート反応基当たりの前記当量が、前記ポリイソシアネート成分及び前記ポリオール成分が1:1の体積比で混合されるとき、イソシアネートインデックスが、1.1対1.8になるような、2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。 - 前記プレポリマーは、芳香族ポリイソシアネートとポリ(ブチレンオキシド)ポリオールとの反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート成分は、脂肪族及び芳香族イソシアネート基を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 最大350のイソシアネート当量を有する前記ポリイソシアネート化合物は、少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネートと少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートとの混合物である、請求項3に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリ(ブチレンオキシド)セグメントは、1,800〜4,200g/Molの重量を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物を硬化することによって形成される、硬化した接着剤。
- 2つの基材を接合する方法であって、2つの基材の間の接合線で請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物の層を形成することと、前記層を前記接合線で硬化して、前記基材の各々に接合された硬化した接着剤を形成することと、を含む、方法。
