任意で2つ以上の活性な水素原子を有する出発分子、例えば水、アンモニア又はいくつかのOH若しくはNH基を有する化合物、例えば1,2−エタンジオール、1,2−及び1,3−プロパンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、異性体型ジプロピレングリコール及びトリプロピレングリコール、異性体型ブタンジオール、ペンタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、ヘプタンジオール、オクタンジオール、ノナンジオール、デカンジオール、ウンデカンジオール、1,3−及び1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ビスフェノールA、水素添加ビスフェノールA、1,1,1−トリメチロールエタン、1,1,1−トリメチロールプロパン、グリセロール、アニリン並びに上記化合物の混合物を用いて重合させた、エチレンオキシド、1,2−プロピレンオキシド、1,2−若しくは2,3−ブチレンオキシド、オキセタン、テトラヒドロフラン又はそれらの混合物の重合生成物である、ポリエーテルポリオール又はオリゴエーテロール(oligoetherols)とも呼ばれる、ポリオキシアルキレンポリオール。例えば、いわゆる複合金属シアン化物錯体触媒(DMC触媒)を使用して調製される低不飽和度(ASTM D−2849−69に従って計測され、ポリオール1グラム当たりの不飽和のミリ当量で表される(meq/g))のポリオキシアルキレンポリオール、及び例えば、NaOH、KOH、CsOH又はアルカリアルコキシド等のアニオン触媒を使用して調製される高不飽和度のポリオキシアルキレンポリオールの両方を使用することができる。
スチレン-アクリロニトリル又はアクリロニトリル−メタクリル酸メチルグラフトポリエーテルポリオール。
既知の方法により、特に二価若しくは多価アルコールと、ヒドロキシカルボン酸との重縮合、又は脂肪族及び/又は芳香族ポリカルボン酸との重縮合により調製されるオリゴエステロールとも呼ばれるポリエステルポリオール。
ポリカーボネートポリオール、例えば、上述のポリエステルポリオールを合成するのに使用されるアルコール及びジアルキルカーボネート、ジアリールカーボネート又はホスゲンを反応させることにより入手可能なポリカーボネートポリオール等。
少なくとも2つのヒドロキシル基を伴い、上記のタイプのポリエーテル、ポリエステル及び/又はポリカーボネートの構造を有する少なくとも2つの異なるブロックを有するブロックコポリマー、具体的には、ポリエーテル−ポリエステルポリオール。
ポリアクリレートポリオール及びポリメタクリレートポリオール。
ポリヒドロキシ官能性油脂、例えば、天然油脂、具体的にはヒマシ油、又は天然油脂の化学修飾によって得られるいわゆる油脂化学ポリオール、例えば、不飽和油のエポキシ化及びカルボン酸若しくはアルコールによる後の開環により得られるエポキシポリエステル若しくはエポキシポリエーテル、又は不飽和油のヒドロホルミル化及び水素化によって得られるポリオール、又はアルコール分解若しくはオゾン分解等の分解プロセス、及び、例えば分解産物若しくはその誘導体のエステル交換又は二量体化による後の化学結合によって天然油脂から得られるポリオール。天然油脂の好適な分解産物は、具体的には、脂肪酸及び脂肪アルコール及び脂肪酸エステル、特には、例えば、ヒドロキシ脂肪酸エステルの形成を伴うヒドロホルミル化及び水素化により誘導体化され得るメチルエステル(FAME)である。
オリゴヒドロカルボノール(oligohydrocarbonols)としても知られるポリ炭化水素(polyhydrocarbon)ポリオール、例えばポリヒドロキシ官能性ポリオレフィン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリイソプレン;ポリヒドロキシ官能性エチレン−プロピレン−、エチレン−ブチレン−又はエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンコポリマー、例えばKraton Polymers製のもの;特にアニオン重合によっても調製することができるジエン、特に1,3−ブタジエンに由来するポリヒドロキシ官能性ポリマー;ジエン、例えば1,3−ブタジエン又はジエン混合物と、ベニルモノマー、例えばスチレン、アクリロニトリル、塩化ビニル、酢酸ビニル、ビニルアルコール、イソブチレン及びイソプレンとのポリヒドロキシ官能性コポリマー、例えば、ポリヒドロキシ官能性アクリロニトリル/ブタジエンコポリマー、例えばエポキシド又はアミノアルコールとカルボキシル末端アクリロニトリル/ブタジエンコポリマーとから生成することができるもの(例えば、Nanoresins AG, Germany又はEmerald Performance Materials LLC製のHypro(登録商標)(以前はHycar(登録商標))CTBN及びCTBNX及びETBNの名前で市販されている);並びにジエンの水素添加ポリヒドロキシ官能性ポリマー又はコポリマー。
2,4−及び2,6−トリレンジイソシアネート並びにこれら異性体の任意の混合物(TDI)、4,4’−、2,4’−及び2,2’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート並びにこれら異性体の任意の混合物(MDI)、1,3−及び1,4−フェニレンジイソシアネート、2,3,5,6−テトラメチル−1,4−ジイソシアナトベンゼン、ナフタレン−1,5−ジイソシアネート(NDI)、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニル(TODI)、1,3,5−トリス(イソシアナトメチル)ベンゼン、2−メチルペンタメチレン−1,5−ジイソシアネート、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、2,2,4−及び2,4,4−トリメチル−1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(TMDI)、1,10−デカメチレンジイソシアネート、1,12−ドデカメチレンジイソシアネート、リジン及びリジンエステルジイソシアネート、シクロヘキサン−1,3−及び−1,4−ジイソシアネート、1−メチル−2,4−及び−2,6−ジイソシアナトシクロヘキサン並びにこれらの異性体の混合物(HTDI又はH6TDI)、1−イソシアナト−3,3,5−トリメチル−5−イソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサン(=イソホロンジイソシアネート、すなわちIPDI)、パーヒドロ−2,4’−及び−4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(HMDI又はH12MDI)、1,4−ジイソシアナト−2,2,6−トリメチルシクロヘキサン(TMCDI)、1,3−及び1,4−ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン、m−及びp−キシレンジイソシアネート(m−及びp−XDI)、並びにm−及びp−テトラメチル−1,3−及び−1,4−キシレンジイソシアネート(m−及びp−TMXDI)である。MDI、TDI、IPDI、及びHDIが好ましい。MDIがとりわけ好ましい。4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートが最も好ましい。このMDI異性体の使用により、ジオールA2及びポリアミンA3と共に硬化する場合に、とりわけ良好なハードセグメント、ひいてはとりわけ高い強度が得られる。
可塑剤、
溶媒、
無機フィラー及び有機フィラー、
繊維、例えば、ポリエチレン製の繊維、
色素、
レオロジー改質剤、特には増粘剤又はチキソトロピー剤、
乾燥剤、
接着促進剤、
酸化、熱、光及びUV照射に対する安定化剤
難燃性物質、
界面活性物質、特には湿潤剤、レベリング剤、脱気剤(deaerating agents)又は消泡剤、
殺藻剤、殺真菌剤、又は真菌増殖抑制剤等の殺生物剤。
上記2つの成分を混合する工程と、
上記混合したポリウレタン接着剤を少なくとも1つの基材表面に接着するように塗布する工程と、
開放時間内に接着するように上記基材を合わせる工程と、
上記ポリウレタン接着剤を硬化させる工程と、
を含む、第1基材を第2基材に接着する方法に関する。
ガラス、ガラスセラミックス;
金属及び合金、例えばアルミニウム、鉄、鋼鉄及び非鉄金属、並びに表面を仕上げた金属及び合金、例えば亜鉛めっき又はクロムめっき金属;
被覆及び塗装基材、例えば粉体被覆金属又は合金及び塗装表面;
プラスチック、例えばポリ塩化ビニル(硬質及び軟質PVC)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー(ABS)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリエステル、ポリ(メタクリル酸メチル)(PMMA)、ポリエステル、エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン(PUR)、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)、ポリオレフィン(PO)、ポリエチレン(PE)又はポリプロピレン(PP)、エチレン/プロピレンコポリマー(EPM)及びエチレン/プロピレン/ジエンターポリマー(EPDM)、ここで、プラスチックは、プラズマ処理、コロナ処理又はフレーム処理により表面処理されていてもよい;
繊維強化プラスチック、例えば炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)、ガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GRP)及びシート成形コンパウンド(SMC);
樹脂、例えばフェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂又はエポキシ樹脂を有する木材、接着木質材料、樹脂−布地複合材料、及びその他のいわゆるポリマー複合材料;並びに、
コンクリート、モルタル、レンガ、タイル、石膏及び御影石又は大理石等の天然石。
各接着剤について、第1成分(「成分1」)について指示される量(重量部)で表1及び表2に明記される原料を防湿下で真空溶解器を用いて加工し、均質なペーストを形成し、保存した。同様に、表1及び表2に明記される第2成分(「成分2」)の原料を加工し、保存した。その後、SpeedMixer(登録商標)(DAC 150 FV、Hauschild)を使用して2つの成分を30秒間加工し、均質なペーストを形成し、すぐに以下の通り試験した。
Claims (14)
- 第1成分及び第2成分からなるポリウレタン接着剤であって、
前記第1成分が、
a)1000g/mol〜10000g/molの範囲の分子量を有する少なくとも1種のトリオールA1、
b)2つの一級ヒドロキシル基と、60g/mol〜150g/molの範囲の分子量とを有する少なくとも1種のジオールA2及び
c)60g/mol〜200g/molの範囲の分子量を有する少なくとも1種の脂肪族ポリアミンA3
を含有し、
前記第2成分が、
d)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートB1及び
e)イソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種のポリウレタンポリマーB2
を含有し、
前記トリオールA1、前記ジオールA2及び前記ポリアミンA3が、
f)OH基及びNH2基の数についての、(A2+A3)/A1の比V1が4〜10の範囲にあり、
g)OH基及びNH2基の数についての、A2/A3の比V2が4〜20の範囲にあるような量で存在する、ポリウレタン接着剤。 - 前記トリオールがポリエーテルトリオールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記トリオールが一級ヒドロキシル基を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記ジオールが1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、及び1,5−ペンタンジオールからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記ポリアミンが1,5−ジアミノ−2−メチルペンタン、2,2,4−及び2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、1,8−オクタンジアミン、1,10−デカンジアミン、1,12−ドデカンジアミン、1−アミノ−3−アミノメチル−3,5,5−トリメチルシクロヘキサン、2−及び4−メチル−1,3−ジアミノシクロヘキサン並びにそれらの混合物、1,3−ビス(アミノメチル)−シクロヘキサン、1,4−ビス(アミノメチル)−シクロヘキサン、2,5(2,6)−ビス(アミノメチル)ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン、3(4),8(9)−ビス(アミノメチル)トリシクロ[5.2.1.02,6]デカン、ビス(2−アミノエチル)エーテル、3,6−ジオキサオクタン−1,8−ジアミン、4,7−ジオキサデカン−1,10−ジアミン、4,7−ジオキサデカン−2,9−ジアミン、4,9−ジオキサドデカン−1,12−ジアミン、5,8−ジオキサドデカン−3,10−ジアミン、1,3−ビス(アミノメチル)ベンゼン、並びに1,4−ビス(アミノメチル)ベンゼンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記比V1が5〜9の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記比V2が4.5〜15の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートB1が、室温で液体である4,4’−、2,4’−及び2,2’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの形態、並びにポリマー型MDI又はオリゴマー若しくは誘導体の画分を含むMDIの形態のこれらの異性体の任意の混合物(MDI)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記ポリウレタンポリマーB2が50質量%〜95質量%のポリアルキレン単位を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 前記ポリウレタンポリマーB2の前記ウレタン基及び前記遊離イソシアネート基が4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- ポリウレタンポリマーB2の調製がポリイソシアネートB1の存在下で行われないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤。
- 第1基材を第2基材に接着する方法であって、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン接着剤の前記2つの成分を混合する工程と、
前記混合したポリウレタン接着剤を少なくとも1つの基材表面に接着するように塗布する工程と、
開放時間内に接着するように前記基材を合わせる工程と、
前記ポリウレタン接着剤を硬化させる工程と、
を含む、第1基材を第2基材に接着する方法。 - 一方又は両方の基材が、金属又はセラミック又はガラス繊維強化プラスチック又は炭素繊維強化プラスチックであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の接着方法から得られる物品。
