Claims (12)
- 絶縁ハウジングと、2つのバインディングポストと、絶縁板と、ヒューズと、取り付け台と、プッシュロッドと、を含むリレーであって、
前記絶縁ハウジングが、その中に収容キャビティを画定し、前記収容キャビティが、その1つの端部で開放しており、
前記2つのバインディングポストが、互いに間隔を空けて離れており、前記絶縁ハウジングに配置され、前記2つのバインディングポストのそれぞれの端部が、前記収容キャビティに延び;
前記絶縁板が、前記収容キャビティ内に配置され、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動であり、互いに間隔を空けて離れている2つの接続接点を有し、前記バインディングポストに対向する前記絶縁板の第1の側に配置され、前記2つの接続接点が、それぞれ、位置において、前記2つのバインディングポストに対応し、
前記ヒューズが、前記2つの接続接点の間に配置され、前記ヒューズの2つの端部が、それぞれ、前記2つの接続接点に電気的に接続され;
前記取り付け台が、前記絶縁ハウジングに接続され;
前記プッシュロッドが、前記取り付け台に、可動的に配置され、前記絶縁板に接続し前記絶縁板を押し、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間を動き;
前記絶縁板が前記第1の位置に位置する場合、前記2つの接続接点が、それぞれ、前記2つのバインディングポストに当接し、前記絶縁板が前記第2の位置に位置する場合、前記2つの接続接点が、それぞれ、前記2つのバインディングポストから離れることを特徴とするリレー。 - 前記取り付け台が、前記絶縁ハウジングに接続し、前記収容キャビティを封止し、前記収容キャビティが、消弧ガスで充填されている請求項1に記載のリレー。
- 複数の消弧グリッドが、前記2つのバインディングポストに対向する前記絶縁板の第1の側に設けられ、前記絶縁板の長さ方向に沿って延びている取り付け溝が、前記複数の消弧グリッドによって画定され、前記ヒューズが、前記取り付け溝内に配置されている請求項1に記載のリレー。
- 前記取り付け溝が、前記複数の消弧グリッドを貫通する通し溝として構成される請求項3に記載のリレー。
- 前記絶縁板に、複数のスルーホールが設けられ、前記複数のスルーホールが前記絶縁板の厚み方向に沿って前記絶縁板を貫通し、前記取り付け溝と連通される請求項3に記載のリレー。
- 前記ヒューズが、前記絶縁板の長さ方向に沿って延びているシートとして構成され、前記ヒューズが、その長さ方向に、互いに間隔を空けて離れている又は隣接している複数の曲げ部を含み、各曲げ部が、長方形の形状、三角形の形状、又は台形の形状を有するように構成される請求項1に記載のリレー。
- 前記収容キャビティに連通している装着キャビティが、前記取り付け台の下部端部で画定され、前記プッシュロッドが、前記装着キャビティ内に配置され、前記プッシュロッドの第1の端部が、前記収容キャビティに延び、前記絶縁板と接続される請求項1に記載のリレー。
- コア及びコイルを更に含み、前記コアが、前記装着キャビティ内で可動的に配置され、前記プッシュロッドの第2の端部に接続され、前記コイルが、前記コアの周囲に配置され、電源に接続されている請求項7に記載のリレー。
- 制限ポストが、前記装着キャビティ内に配置され、前記制限ポストが、前記コアと前記取り付け台の上壁との間に位置され、前記取り付け台の前記上壁に当接し、リセットばねが、前記制限ポストと前記コアとの間に配置され、前記リセットばねの2つの端部が、それぞれ、前記コア及び前記制限ポストに当接する請求項8に記載のリレー。
- 取り付け枠が、前記バインディングポストから離れて対向する前記絶縁板の第2の側で設けられ、前記プッシュロッドの第1の端部が、前記取り付け枠に接続されている請求項1に記載のリレー。
- 緩衝部材が、前記取り付け枠と前記プッシュロッドとの間に配置され、前記緩衝部材の2つの端部が、それぞれ、前記取り付け枠及び前記プッシュロッドに当接する請求項10に記載のリレー。
- 前記絶縁ハウジング及び前記絶縁板がセラミックからなる請求項1に記載のリレー。
