Abstract
Description
前記導電層には一般的にアルミニウム薄膜を使用するが、アルミニウム薄膜も絶縁紙と同様にエポキシ樹脂とは膨張及び収縮の程度が異なり、アルミニウム薄膜とエポキシ樹脂との結合力が弱いため、エポキシ樹脂の熱膨張及び硬化の際に収縮及び膨張による成形性における不利な問題点がある。
また、エポキシ樹脂が内部にまで十分に充填されない前記絶縁紙の問題点を解決するために合成繊維を使用するが、前記合成繊維も膨張及び収縮の程度がエポキシ樹脂のそれとは異なる。特に、ブッシングの長さ方向にエポキシ樹脂の膨張及び収縮が最も大きいが、合成繊維を構成する緯糸や経糸がブッシングの長さ方向に延長されることにより、エポキシ樹脂と合成繊維との間においても膨張と収縮による問題が発生する。
本発明の他の目的は、絶縁層と導電層を形成した状態で充填層を形成するときに、充填層を形成する物質が絶縁層と導電層を通過して均一に形成されるようにすることにある。
充填層を形成する材料は、エポキシ樹脂であり、無機充填材を0〜50重量%だけ混合する。
一方、前記絶縁性繊維22が前記中心導体10に巻かれるとき、前記中心導体10の長さ方向(矢印A方向)に対して前記緯糸24と経糸26の両方が傾くようにする。すなわち、緯糸24及び経糸26のうちのいずれかも中心導体10の長さ方向と平行することなく、図2に示す通りになる。これは、前記緯糸24及び経糸26のいずれか一つの延長方向が前記中心導体10の長さ方向と平行であれば、緯糸24及び経糸26の中心導体10の長さ方向への移動が行われないからである。その理由は、後述するエポキシ樹脂が中心導体10の長さ方向に最も多く膨張及び収縮するが、前記エポキシ樹脂の膨張と収縮に伴って前記絶縁性繊維22も一緒に膨張と収縮をすれば、絶縁層20と充填層40との間に隙間が発生しないためである。
Claims (11)
- 所定の長さを有する中心導体と、
前記中心導体の外面に絶縁性繊維が巻かれて形成され、前記絶縁性繊維を構成する緯糸と経糸が前記中心導体の長さ方向に対して傾いて延長される絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の間に位置し、導電性繊維からなる導電層と、
前記絶縁層と前記中心導体との間、前記絶縁層の間、及び前記絶縁層と前記導電層との間にエポキシ樹脂が充填されて形成される充填層とを含んでなる、コンデンサブッシング。 - 前記導電性繊維は、絶縁性の芯線の外面に第1コーティング層と第2コーティング層が順次形成される緯糸と経糸からなる、請求項1に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 前記絶縁性繊維と前記導電性繊維は、緯糸と経糸で円形または多角形に製織される、請求項2に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 前記絶縁性繊維と前記導電性繊維は、緯糸と経糸で六角形に製織される、請求項3に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 前記充填層を形成するエポキシ樹脂には、無機充填材が0〜50重量%まで混合される、請求項1に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 前記無機充填材としてはシリカまたはアルミナが使用される、請求項5に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 前記導電性繊維を構成する緯糸と経糸が、前記中心導体の長さ方向に対して傾いて延長されるように製織される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコンデンサブッシング。
- 中心導体の外面に絶縁性繊維を巻く絶縁層形成段階と、
前記絶縁層の間々に導電性繊維を設けて導電層を形成する導電層形成段階と、
前記中心導体の外面に巻かれた絶縁層の間に導電層が位置したものを金型内に位置させる段階と、
前記金型内を真空に維持しながら、充填層を形成する材料を注入する充填層形成段階と、
前記金型内に充填層を形成する材料の注入が完了した状態で、前記金型内に圧力をかけながら熱を加えて充填層を形成する充填層硬化段階とを含んでなる、コンデンサブッシングの製造方法。 - 前記導電性繊維と前記絶縁性繊維は、その緯糸と経糸が前記中心導体の長さ方向に対して傾いて延長されるように巻かれる、請求項8に記載のコンデンサブッシングの製造方法。
- 充填層を形成する材料は、エポキシ樹脂であり、無機充填材を0〜50重量%だけ混合する、請求項8に記載のコンデンサブッシングの製造方法。
- 前記充填層硬化段階の後には、前記充填層を冷却する段階をさらに行う、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のコンデンサブッシングの製造方法。
