前記接続要素(4)が、少なくとも2つの隣接するリング要素(2、3)間に配置されており、前記接続要素の各々が、所定の破壊点(10)を有する少なくとも1つの拡張可能な拡張要素を有しており、前記拡張が、長手方向及び/又は横方向に可能であり、前記所定の破壊点(10)が、前記拡張要素がその最大拡張点を越えて過伸展した後にのみ、破壊する

- 前記接続要素(4)が、弓型形状を有する拡張要素(4)として設計され、互いに隣接して位置する2つの対向する拡張要素(4)が、前記隣接するリング要素(2、3)を有する星型のセグメントを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記長手方向に対して横方向に延在する前記所定の破壊点(10)が、前記ステントを全体的に又は部分的に分割するように前記ステントの外周の周りに整列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記所定の破壊点(10)が、前記ステント内で窓を破壊して開けることができるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項又は複数項に記載のステント。
- 開窓可能な領域にマーカーが対向して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントの上に膜が取り付けられ、好ましくは、外側の前記リング要素(2)が、前記膜で覆われていないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記膜が、前記リング要素(2)を折り畳むことによって、前記外側リング要素(2)と前記隣接するリング要素(3)との間に固定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のステント。
- 前記膜がエレクトロスピニングによって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 前記膜が、管形状をしており、エレクトロスピニングによって生成され、かつ、特に前記リング要素(2、3)に、クランプ要素を利用して固定されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のステント。
- 前記リング要素(2、3)にクランプ要素の第2の列が設けられており、第1の膜は、前記ステント(1)の内部のクランプ要素の内側の2列に取り付け可能であり、第2の膜は、前記ステント(1)の外側のクランプ要素の外側の2列に取り付け可能であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のステント。
- 少なくとも1つの膜が、2つ又は3つのフラップ状構造を有し、かつ、シーム、接着剤及び/又はクランプ要素によって前記ステント(1)に取り付けられており、前記ステントが、下方領域に配置された第2のクッション状膜を有することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- アイレットが、すでに拡張したステントをカテーテル内に戻すように後退させることができるように、例えば、1つ以上の糸を受け入れるために、前記周縁リング要素の外向きのアーチに位置していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントの少なくとも一部の領域に、抗増殖性又は抗凝固剤コーティングが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
