Abstract
Description
(a)ラテックスポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて40重量%〜95重量%のコアポリマーであって、
(i)コアポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて95重量%〜100重量%の1つ以上の単官能性ビニルモノマーの重合単位と、
(ii)コアポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0重量%〜5重量%の1つ以上のマルチビニルモノマーの重合単位と、を含むコアポリマーと、
(b)ラテックスポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて5重量%〜60重量%のシェルポリマーであって、
(i)シェルポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて35重量%〜95重量%の1つ以上の単官能性ビニルモノマーの重合単位と、
(ii)シェルポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて5重量%〜65重量%の、トリアルコキシシリル基、オキソアセチル基、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される潜在性架橋基を有する1つ以上のビニルモノマーの重合単位と、を含むシェルポリマーと、を含む、ラテックスポリマー粒子を含む水性組成物である。
Claims (5)
- ラテックスポリマー粒子を含む水性組成物であって、
(a)前記ラテックスポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて40重量%〜95重量%のコアポリマーであって、
(i)前記コアポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて95重量%〜100重量%の1つ以上の単官能性ビニルモノマーの重合単位と、
(ii)前記コアポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて0重量%〜5重量%の1つ以上のマルチビニルモノマーの重合単位と、を含むコアポリマーと、
(b)前記ラテックスポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて5重量%〜60重量%のシェルポリマーであって、
(i)前記シェルポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて35重量%〜95重量%の1つ以上の単官能性ビニルモノマーの重合単位と、
(ii)前記シェルポリマーの乾燥重量に基づいて5重量%〜65重量%の、トリアルコキシシリル基、オキソアセチル基、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される潜在性架橋基を有する1つ以上のビニルモノマーの重合単位と、を含むシェルポリマーと、を含む、ラテックスポリマー粒子を含む水性組成物。 - 前記コアポリマーが、40℃以下のTgを有する、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 潜在性架橋基を有する前記ビニルモノマーが、構造VまたはVI
- 不織布織物を作製する方法であって、請求項1に記載の組成物を繊維の束と接触させることを含む、方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法により作製された不織布織物。
