Claims (13)
1. Водная композиция, содержащая частицы латексного полимера, содержащие:
(a) от 40% до 95%, по массе относительно сухой массы латексного полимера, полимера ядра, который содержит
(i) от 95% до 100%, по массе относительно массы сухого полимера ядра, полимеризованных звеньев одного или более однофункциональных винильных мономеров, и
(ii) от 0% до 5%, по массе относительно массы сухого полимера ядра, полимеризованных звеньев одного или более мультивинильных мономеров, и
(b) от 5% до 60%, по массе относительно массы сухого латексного полимера, полимера оболочки, содержащего
(i) от 35% до 95%, по массе относительно массы сухого полимера оболочки, полимеризованных звеньев одного или более однофункциональных винильных мономеров, и
(ii) от 5% до 65%, по массе относительно массы сухого полимера оболочки, полимеризованных звеньев одного или более винильных мономеров, содержащих латентную сшивающую группу, выбранную из группы, состоящей из триалкоксисилильных групп, оксоацетильных групп и смесей указанных групп.
2. Водная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный полимер ядра имеет температуру стеклования (Тс), равную 40°С или менее.
3. Водная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные винильные мономеры с латентной сшивающей группой имеют структуру V или VI:
где каждый из R7, R8 и R9 представляет собой алкильную группу, содержащую 6 или менее атомов углерода, R10 представляет собой H или метил, и R11 представляет собой двухвалентную алкильную группу.
4. Способ получения нетканого текстильного материала, включающий приведение композиции по п. 1 в контакт с множеством волокон.
5. Нетканый текстильный материал, полученный способом по п. 4.
