Abstract
Description
例えば、K2[SiF6]では、配位中心はSiであり、対イオンはKである。錯フッ化物は、単純な二元フッ化物の組合せとして記載されることもあるが、かかる表記は、配位中心周囲のリガンドの配位数を示すものではない。角括弧(簡略化のため省略されることもある)は、角括弧内の錯イオンが、単純なフッ化物イオンとは異なる新しい化学種であることを示す。
式中、AはLi、Na、K、Rb、Cs又はこれらの組合せであり、MはSi、Ge、Sn、Ti、Zr、Al、Ga、In、Sc、Hf、Y、La、Nb、Ta、Bi、Gd又はこれらの組合せであり、xは[MFy]イオンの電荷の絶対値であり、yは5、6又は7である。

MnF2(0.082g)を、白金るつぼで約48%HF溶液70mLと混合した。溶液に白金ストリップを浸漬した。撹拌しながら、赤褐色の溶液が得られるまで、約3Vの電位及び約0.75Aの電流で溶液を電気分解した。赤褐色の溶液が形成されたら、7.5mLのH2SiF6及び4.05gのKHF2を溶液に添加し、3V及び0.75Aで約2〜3時間電気分解を続けた。淡黄色の懸濁液が形成された。懸濁液を濾過し、続いてアセトンで洗浄した。得られた粉末生成物を最後に約100℃で真空中で乾燥させた。
Claims (14)
- 次の式IのMn4+ドープ蛍光体の合成方法であって、
マンガン源、M源及びA源を含む反応液を電気分解する工程を含む方法。
Ax[MFy]:Mn4+ (I)
式中、
AはLi、Na、K、Rb、Cs又はこれらの組合せであり、
MはSi、Ge、Sn、Ti、Zr、Al、Ga、In、Sc、Hf、Y、La、Nb、Ta、Bi、Gd又はこれらの組合せであり、
xは[MFy]イオンの電荷の絶対値であり、
yは5、6又は7である。 - 反応液を電気分解する工程が、
マンガン源を含む溶液に電流を流して電気分解マンガン溶液を形成する工程と、
M源及びA源を電気分解マンガン溶液と組合せて複合溶液を形成する工程と、
複合溶液に電流を流す工程と
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - マンガン溶液がフッ化水素酸をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- マンガン源がMn2+、Mn3+、Mn4+、Mn5+、Mn6+又はこれらの組合せを含む化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マンガン源がMnF2、MnF3、MnCl3、MnCl2、MnO2又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- MがSi、Ge、Ti又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- M源がH2SiF6、A2SiF6、SiO2、SiCl4、Si(OAc)4又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- A源がAF、ACl、AOCH3、A2C2O4、AH2PO4又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- A源がKF、KHF2又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式IのMn4+ドープ蛍光体がA2[MF6]:Mn4+(式中、AはLi、Na、K、Rb、Cs又はこれらの組合せであり、MはSi、Ge、Ti又はこれらの組合せである)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式IのMn4+ドープ蛍光体がK2SiF6:Mn4+である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法で調製されたMn4+ドープ蛍光体。
- 半導体光源及び請求項1に記載の方法で調製されたMn4+ドープ蛍光体を備える照明装置(10)。
- 半導体光源及び請求項1に記載の方法で調製されたMn4+ドープ蛍光体を備えるバックライト装置。
