Abstract
Description
ここで開示される、新規の混合されたアルカリ金属ヘキサフルオロケイ酸蛍光体は、Mnドーパントを含んだHF水溶液から、室温における共沈として得られる。Mn4+がドープされたKRbSiF6の生成のために、出発物質RbF、KHF2、及び、化学量論量のKMnO4がHF水溶液中に溶解される。次いで、化学量論量のSiO2が、HF水溶液に加えられる。HF水溶液におけるMn7+の濃度は、8モル%であった。沈殿物が濾過され、2−プロパノールで繰り返し洗浄され、真空下且つ室温で乾燥された。
Claims (11)
- 光源光を生成する光源と、前記光源光の少なくとも一部を発光材料光に変換する発光材料と、を有する照明ユニットであって、前記光源は、発光ダイオードを含み、前記発光材料は、四価のマンガンがドープされたM2AX6を具備する蛍光体を含み、Mは、カリウム及びルビジウムを少なくとも有する一価の陽イオンを含み、Aは、シリコンを少なくとも有する四価の陽イオンを含み、Xは、フッ素を少なくとも有する一価の陰イオンを含み、M2AX6は、六方相を持つ、照明ユニット。
- M2AX6は、KRbSiF6を含む、請求項1記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記光源は、青色光を生成する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記発光材料は、窒化物発光材料を含む二価のユーロピウム、窒酸化物発光材料を含む二価のユーロピウム、ガーネットを含む三価のセリウム、及び、窒酸化物を含む三価のセリウムからなるグループから選択される1又は複数の他の蛍光体を更に有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 四価のマンガンがドープされたM2AX6を有する蛍光体であって、Mは、カリウム及びルビジウムを少なくとも有する一価の陽イオンを含み、Aは、シリコンを少なくとも有する四価の陽イオンを含み、Xは、フッ素を少なくとも有する一価の陰イオンを含み、M2AX6は、六方相を持つ、蛍光体。
- 式(K1−r−l−n−c−nhRbrLilNanCsc(NH4)nh)2Si1−m−t−g−s−zrMnmTitGegSnsZrzr(F1−cl−b−iClclBrbIi)6(ここで、mは、0.001乃至0.15の範囲内にあり、t、g、s、及び、zrは、それぞれ、0乃至0.2の範囲内にあって、t+g+s+zrは、0.2以下であり、rは、0.2乃至0.8の範囲内にあり、l、n、c、及び、nhは、それぞれ、0乃至0.2の範囲内にあって、l+n+c+nhは、0.2以下であり、cl、b、及び、iは、それぞれ、0乃至0.2の範囲内にあって、cl+b+iは、0.2以下である)を持つ、請求項5記載の蛍光体。
- M2AX6は、KRbSiF6を含む、請求項5又は6に記載の蛍光体。
- 請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体の生成方法であって、(i)カリウム及びルビジウムを少なくとも有する一価の陽イオンの可溶性塩と、(ii)四価のマンガン前駆体の可溶性塩と、(iii)シリコン源とを、(iv)少なくともフッ化水素を有する無機酸の水溶液内で混合するステップと、請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の蛍光体を生成するステップと、このようにして得られた前記蛍光体を乾燥させるステップと、を有し、前記乾燥させるステップ又は任意の他のオプションである前記蛍光体の後期熱処理工程は、200℃以下の温度で実行される、方法。
- 前記一価の陽イオンの可溶性塩は、フッ化ルビジウム(RbF)及びフッ化水素カリウム(KHF2)を有し、前記四価のマンガン前駆体の可溶性塩は、KMnO4を有し、前記少なくともフッ化水素を有する無機酸の水溶液は、フッ化水素酸水溶液を有し、前記シリコン源は、SiO2を有する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥させるステップ又は任意の他のオプションである前記蛍光体の後期熱処理工程は、110℃以下の温度で実行される、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- バックライトユニットとして構成された、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の照明ユニットを有する、液晶ディスプレイ装置。
