Abstract
Description

光源光の少なくとも一部を、緑色スペクトル領域における光強度を有し、また、少なくとも80nm、例えば特に少なくとも85nm、更に一層特に少なくとも90nm、例えば更により一層特に少なくとも95nm、例えば少なくとも100nm、例えば80〜140nmの範囲内、例えば90〜125nmの全幅半値(FWHM)を特に有する第1の発光材料光に変換する第1の発光材料と、
(i)光源光の少なくとも一部、又は、(ii)光源光の少なくとも一部及び第1の発光材料光の少なくとも一部を、610〜680nmのスペクトル領域における光強度を有する(少なくとも615nm、例えば少なくとも620nmの波長における強度を特に有する)第2の発光材料光に変換する第2の発光材料と、
を含み、特に、光源光の少なくとも一部、又は、(ii)光源光の少なくとも一部及び第1の発光材料光の少なくとも一部による励起下の第2の発光材料は、RTにおいて、40nm以下の全幅半値(FWHM)を有する1つ以上の輝線を示し、
照明システムは、照明システムの第1の設定において、x=0.38±0.1(例えばx=0.38±0.07、特にx=0.38±0.05、例えばx=0.38±0.02)及びy=0.30±0.1(例えばy=0.30±0.07、特にy=0.30±0.05、例えばy=0.30±0.02)として、色点(x;y)を特に有する、光源光、第1の発光材料光及び第2の発光材料光を含む照明システム光を提供する。
図2に、β−SiAION及び窒化物蛍光体に基づいている食肉照明解決策(以下の表の実施例1を参照)が示される。スペクトルのルーメン当量は、285Lm/Wである。過飽和(RSI)水準は、〜10に制限される。これらの仕様は、所望よりも少ない。特に、RSIは、効率があまり損なわれることなく、より高いべきである。図2には、向上された過飽和を有するが効率の低い改良解決策(ネオジムフィルタ)も与えられている(以下の表の実施例2を参照)。ネオジムがドープされたガラスによって、580nm周辺のディップが生成される。ルーメン当量は、190Lm/Wに下がる。到達可能である赤色飽和水準は、(現在のフィルタレベルについて)約25である。図2に、K2SiF6:Mn4+を使用する改良解決策も示される(以下の表の実施例3を参照)。ルーメン当量は、〜25の赤色飽和度において、240Lm/Wに増加する。ネオジムを用いる解決策に比べて、効率が30%増加する。実施例3は、少し異なる化学組成(図2参照)を有する2つのルテチウムガーネットを用いて2回行われた。454nmのピーク最大値を有するLEDが選択されたが、他のLEDが選択されてもよい。更なる実施例も、以下の表において説明される。

青色スペクトル領域における光強度を有する光源光を提供する光源と、
前記光源光の少なくとも一部を、緑色スペクトル領域における光強度を有し、また、少なくとも90nmの全幅半値を有する第1の発光材料光に変換する第1の発光材料と、

前記光源光の少なくとも一部、又は、(ii)前記光源光の少なくとも一部及び前記第1の発光材料光の少なくとも一部による励起下で、前記第2の発光材料は、RTにおいて、40nm以下の全幅半値を有する1つ以上の輝線を示し、前記照明システムは、前記照明システムの第1の設定において、x=0.38±0.1及びy=0.3±0.1の色点(x;y)を有する、前記光源光、前記第1の発光材料光及び前記第2の発光材料光を含む照明システム光を提供する、照明システム。 - 前記光源光の少なくとも一部による励起下の前記第1の発光材料、又は、(ii)前記光源光の少なくとも一部及び前記第1の発光材料光の少なくとも一部は、480〜580nmの範囲内の前記第1の発光材料光の可視波長範囲における全出力の少なくとも65%を有する、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1の発光材料は、M3A5O12:Ce3+を含み、Mは、Sc、Y、Tb、Gd及びLuからなる群から選択され、Aは、Al、Ga、Sc及びInからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1の発光材料は、Lu3Al5O12:Ce3+及びY3Ga5O12:Ce3+の1つ以上を含む、請求項3に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1の発光材料光は、少なくとも100nmの全幅半値を有する、請求項3又は4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光源光の少なくとも一部、又は、(ii)前記光源光の少なくとも一部及び前記第1の発光材料光の少なくとも一部による励起下の前記第2の発光材料は、620〜680nmの範囲内の前記第2の発光材料光の可視波長範囲における全出力の少なくとも40%を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第1の発光材料は、540〜575nmの範囲内の主波長を有し、前記照明システムは、前記照明システムの前記第1の設定において、x=0.38±0.02及びy=0.3±0.02として、色点(x;y)を有する、前記光源光、前記第1の発光材料光及び前記第2の発光材料光を含む照明システム光を提供する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記第2の発光材料は、四価マンガンがドープされたM2AX6を含み、Mは、アルカリカチオンを含み、Aは、四価カチオンを含み、Xは、少なくともフッ素を含む一価アニオンを含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明システム。
- Mは、K及びRbの少なくとも1つ以上を含み、Aは、Si及びTiの1つ以上を含み、X=Fである、請求項8に記載の照明システム。
- 複数の光源を含み、第1の光源が、前記第1の発光材料に放射結合され、第2の光源が、前記第2の発光材料に放射結合され、前記照明システムは、前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源を制御する制御システムを更に含む、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明システム。
- (i)黄色光の緑色光に対する比率、及び、(ii)黄色光の赤色光に対する比率のうちの1つ以上を光学フィルタの光学軸に沿って下げる当該光学フィルタを、前記第1の発光材料及び前記第2の発光材料の下流に含まない、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明システムを含む、ショーケース。
- 赤色を有する製品を照明するための請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明システムの使用。
- 食肉を照明するための請求項13に記載の照明システムの使用。
