接触圧(MPa)による摩擦係数(μ)の測定試験
本発明を説明するために、接触圧(MPa)による摩擦係数(μ)の測定試験を実施したが、非限定的な例として記載する。
− このように調製した本発明による金属板試料について、および
− 被覆されているが、アミノ酸で処理していない金属板の試料(対照)について、
測定した(μ)。
− このような溶液で処理されていない被覆金属板(対照)と比べて摩擦係数を低減すること、および/または
− ある圧力にて、このような溶液で処理されていない被覆金属板(対照)については「スティックスリップ」が認められるが、ジャークまたは(「スティックスリップ」)による摩擦を回避すること、
− 脱気熱処理後でも、外面のトライボロジー特性を保持すること
が可能となることが認められた。
アミノ酸プロリンおよびトレオニンの耐食性試験および引張試験
2.1引張試験
引張試験を実施したが、非限定的な例として記載する。
− BM1496V接着剤を用いると、プロリンまたはトレオニンを用いた試験で認められた破壊構造は、接着破壊の30%が確認された、いずれの処理にも供されていない基準(Ref 1)とは異なり、表面凝集破壊のみから成る。
本発明を説明するために、2005年のISO 6270−2規格および/または2008年のVDA 230−213規格に従って、約99%の亜鉛を含む金属被膜7で被覆した鋼金属板1(GI鋼板)、またはさもなければ100%の亜鉛を含む電気亜鉛めっき鋼板1試料(EG鋼板)に耐食性試験を実施し、該鋼板は:
− H3PO4を添加することによってpHを場合により調整した、プロリンまたはトレオニンの水溶液および、次いで
− 3g/m2の量のFuchs(R)3802−39S油
が施用され
− 次いで引抜かれていた。
Claims (28)
- 金属板(1)を作製する方法であって、少なくとも:
−鋼基板(3)であって、鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を準備するステップと、
−アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、グルタミン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニンから選択されるアミノ酸であって各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態であるものを含む水溶液を前記金属被膜(7)の外面(15)に施用するステップ、と
を含み、
前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、および
前記水溶液中の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の、または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸混合物の乾燥抽出物としての質量パーセンテージが50%以上である、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、鋼基板(3)を作製する予備ステップを含み、鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)が、鋼基板(3)の熱間亜鉛めっき、音波ジェット蒸着および電気亜鉛めっきから選択される金属被膜(7)によって被覆される、方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)が亜鉛被膜GI、被膜GA、亜鉛およびアルミニウムの合金、亜鉛およびマグネシウムの合金ならびに亜鉛、マグネシウムおよびアルミニウムの合金から選択される、方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)が、0.1と10重量%との間のMgおよび場合により0.1と20重量%との間のAlを含む亜鉛およびマグネシウムの合金であり、前記金属被膜の残部がZn、不可避不純物および場合によりSi、Sb、Pb、Ti、Ca、Mn、Sn、La、Ce、Cr、NiまたはBiから選択される1つまたは複数の追加の元素である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、アミノ酸がアラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 請求項1、2または5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの面(5)が金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を電気亜鉛めっきにより作製し、ならびにアミノ酸がアスパラギン酸、システイン、メチオニン、プロリンおよびトレオニンならびにこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの面(5)が金属被膜(7)で被覆された鋼基板(3)を熱間亜鉛めっきにより作製し、ならびにアミノ酸がアラニン、アルギニン、システイン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択され、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 請求項5から7の一項に記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態もしくは塩形態のプロリン、中性形態もしくは塩形態のシステインおよびこれらの混合物から選択される、方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態のプロリンである、方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態のトレオニンである、方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法であって、アミノ酸がプロリンおよびトレオニンの混合物であり、前記プロリンおよび前記トレオニンが中性形態または塩形態である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が1から200g/Lの中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む、方法。
- 請求項1から11の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が10から1,750mmol/Lの中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液中の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物の乾燥抽出物としての質量パーセンテージが75%以上である、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が[当該アミノ酸の等電点−3]に等しいpHと[当該アミノ酸の等電点+1]に等しいpHとの間に含まれるpH、好ましくは[当該アミノ酸の等電点−3]に等しいpHと[当該アミノ酸の等電点−1]に等しいpHとの間に含まれるpHを有する、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記水溶液が20と70℃との間に含まれる温度で施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記溶液が、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)上に0.5秒と40秒との間に含まれる期間にわたって施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、前記溶液は、ロール被膜によって施用される、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)にアミノ酸を含む水溶液を施用するステップの後に、乾燥ステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法であって、金属板(1)を70と120℃との間に含まれる温度に1から30秒間にわたって曝すことによって前記乾燥を行う、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)にアミノ酸を含む水溶液を施用するステップおよび任意の乾燥ステップの後に、アミノ酸またはアミノ酸の混合物を含む層で被覆した前記被膜(7)の外面(15)上にグリース膜または油膜を施用するステップを含む、方法。
- 先行する請求項の一項に記載の方法であって、金属被膜(7)の外面(15)にアミノ酸を含む水溶液を施用するステップ、任意の乾燥ステップおよび任意のグリース膜または油膜を施用するステップの後に、金属板(1)を成形するステップを含む、方法。
- 前記金属板(1)の成形が引抜きによって達成される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から21のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られ得る金属板(1)。
- 先行する請求項に記載の金属板(1)であって、金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)の少なくとも一部が、0.1から200mg/m2の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆されている、金属板(1)。
- 請求項24または25に記載の金属板(1)であって、金属被膜(7)の少なくとも1つの外面(15)の少なくとも一部が、50から100重量%の中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸または中性形態もしくは塩形態のアミノ酸の混合物を含む層によって被覆されている、金属板(1)。
- アラニン、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸、システイン、グルタミン、グリシン、リジン、メチオニン、プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸であって、各アミノ酸が中性形態または塩形態であるものを含む水溶液の使用であって、前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、前記使用が、鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する金属被膜(7)の外面(15)でのトライボロジー特性を改善するためのものであり、金属被膜(7)が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む、使用。
- プロリン、トレオニンおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるアミノ酸を含む水溶液の使用であって、前記プロリンおよび前記トレオニンが独立して中性形態または塩形態であり、前記水溶液が第IIIB族または第IVB族からの金属を含む化合物を含まず、前記使用が、
− 鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する金属被膜(7)の外面(15)の少なくとも一部の、接着剤13との適合性を改善するための、
− 前記鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する前記金属被膜(7)の前記外面(15)の耐食性を改善するための、および、
− 前記鋼基板(3)の少なくとも1つの面(5)を被覆する前記金属被膜(7)の前記外面(15)のトライボロジー特性を改善するためのものであり、
前記金属被膜(7)が少なくとも40重量%の亜鉛を含む、使用。
