Claims (7)
- 負荷の駆動に必要な電力を供給するエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステムであって、
少なくとも一つのリチウム電池モジュールと、少なくとも一つの鉛蓄電池モジュールと、前記リチウム電池モジュールと鉛蓄電池モジュール全体又は一部を相互に接続して異なる配列モードをなすように構成されたスイッチングネットワークとを含み、前記負荷に接続されて電力を供給するように構成されたエネルギー貯蔵装置と、
前記スイッチングネットワークを制御する制御信号を生成する信号生成部及び前記制御信号を前記スイッチングネットワークに送信する送信部を備えた制御器とを含み、
前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の出力の急激な変化を防止するよう前記制御器は、前記リチウム電池モジュールが直列に接続された第2配列モードでの、前記鉛蓄電池モジュールが直列に接続された第3配列モードで前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の配列モードが切り替わったり、前記第3配列モードから第2配列モードに前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の配列モードが切り替わるとき、互いに並列に接続された複数のリチウム電池モジュールのブロック又は1つのリチウム電池モジュールと互いに並列に接続された複数の鉛蓄電池モジュールのブロック又は1つの鉛蓄電池モジュールが直列に接続された第1配列モードを経て切り替わるようにする制御信号を生成するハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。 - 前記制御器は、回生制動によるエネルギー貯蔵装置の充電時に前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の1つ又はそれ以上のリチウム電池モジュールだけが充電されるよう前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の配列モードが切り替われるようにする制御信号を生成する請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。
- 前記制御器は、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電時に少なくとも一つの鉛蓄電池モジュールが先に充電されたリチウム電池モジュールの電気エネルギーを利用して充電されるよう、前記エネルギー貯蔵装置の配列モードが切り替われるようにする制御信号を生成する請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。
- 前記リチウム電池モジュールの温度と電圧を測定するように構成された第1検出ユニットと、前記鉛蓄電池モジュールの温度と電圧を測定するように構成された第2検出ユニットをさらに含み、
前記制御器は、
前記第1検出ユニット及び第2検出ユニットで測定された値と前記負荷の駆動に必要な電力値を受信する受信部と、前記受信部で受信した前記第1検出ユニット及び第2検出ユニットで測定された値を用いて前記リチウム電池モジュール及び鉛蓄電池モジュールの残存容量を測定する測定部と、前記受信部で受信した前記リチウム電池モジュールの温度を基準温度と比較して、前記鉛蓄電池モジュールの電圧を基準電圧と比較する比較部とをさらに含み、
前記信号生成部は、前記受信部で受信した駆動に必要な電力の値と、前記測定部で測定された残存容量とを前記比較部の比較結果を用いて前記スイッチングネットワークを制御する制御信号を生成し、前記送信部は前記制御信号を前記スイッチングネットワークに送信する請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。 - 前記制御器は、リチウム電池モジュールのうち、その温度が基準温度以上であるリチウム電池モジュールと鉛蓄電池モジュールのうち、その電圧が基準電圧以下の鉛蓄電池モジュールが負荷と接続されないよう、前記スイッチングネットワークを制御する制御信号を生成する請求項4に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。
- 前記スイッチングネットワークは、前記リチウム電池モジュールと鉛蓄電池モジュールを接続するネットワークに設置された複数のスイッチを含む請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。
- 前記リチウム電池モジュールに使用される電池は、リチウムポリマー電池、リチウムマンガン電池、リチウム鉄電池、リチウムイオン電池及びリチウム空気電池の中から選択される請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギー貯蔵モジュールシステム。
