Claims (11)
- 抗原認識領域を含むエクトドメイン;

を含むキメラ抗原受容体。 - 抗原認識ドメインが、疾患に関連する抗原に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 抗原認識ドメインが腫瘍抗原に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エクトドメインが、シグナルペプチド又はリーダー配列をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エクトドメインがスペーサーをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エンドドメインが、NK細胞膜結合シグナル伝達アダプタータンパク質のシグナル伝達ドメインを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- NK細胞膜結合シグナル伝達アダプタータンパク質が、2B4(CD244)、CD137(41BB)、IL21、DAP10、DAP12又はCD3ζの少なくとも一部を含む、請求項6に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 膜貫通ドメインが、NK細胞において発現される天然の細胞傷害性受容体の膜貫通領域を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- NK細胞において発現される天然の細胞傷害性受容体が、CD16、NKp44、NKp46、NKG2D、NKp30、NKp80、又はDNAM−1の少なくとも一部を含む、請求項8に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体を発現するNK細胞を含む医薬組成物。
- 請求項10に記載の治療用組成物を対象に投与することを含む、状態を有する対象に免疫療法を提供する方法であって、キメラ抗原受容体が前記状態に関連する抗原に特異的に結合する抗原認識領域を含む上記方法。
