Claims (14)
- N末端からC末端の配向で、
(a)抗原認識領域を含むエクトドメイン;
(b)天然では細胞外C末端を有する天然のNKG2Dと比較して、逆配向でNKG2Dの膜貫通領域を含む膜貫通ドメイン;及び
(c)ナチュラルキラー(NK)細胞を活性化するシグナル伝達ドメインを含むエンドドメイン
を含むキメラ抗原受容体であって、エンドドメインは、
(i)2B4(CD244)細胞内ドメイン(ICD);
(ii)41BB(CD137)ICD;
(iii)DAP12 ICD;
(iv)2B4 ICD及び41BB ICD;
(v)IL21R ICD;又は
(vi)41BB ICD及び2B4 ICD
の少なくとも一部を含む、上記キメラ抗原受容体。 - 抗原認識領域が、疾患に関連する抗原に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 抗原認識領域が腫瘍抗原に特異的に結合する、請求項1に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エクトドメインが、シグナルペプチド又はリーダー配列をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エクトドメインがスペーサーをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- エンドドメインが、CD3ζシグナル伝達ドメインの少なくとも一部をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体を発現するNK細胞を含む医薬組成物。
- 状態を有する対象に免疫療法を提供するための請求項7に記載の医薬組成物であって、キメラ抗原受容体が前記状態に関連する抗原に特異的に結合する抗原認識領域を含む上記医薬組成物。
- NK細胞がiPSCに由来する、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体を含むNK細胞。
- NK細胞が、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体を含むiPSCに由来する、請求項10に記載のNK細胞。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のキメラ抗原受容体を含むiPSC。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の細胞を含む医薬組成物。
- キメラ抗原受容体が状態に関連する抗原に特異的に結合する抗原認識領域を含む、状態を有する対象への免疫療法の提供において使用するための、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の細胞を含む医薬組成物。
