Claims (15)
- Siempelkamp法において製造される石膏繊維板(10)であって、前記石膏繊維板(10)は、(ドライミックス全体に対して)75重量%〜90重量%の硫酸カルシウム半水和物と(ドライミックス全体に対して)10重量%〜25重量%の紙繊維とを含み、前記硫酸カルシウム半水和物は、α型硫酸カルシウム半水和物とβ型硫酸カルシウム半水和物との混合物であって、α型硫酸カルシウム半水和物の含有量が(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも5重量%である、石膏繊維板(10)。
- 前記α型硫酸カルシウム半水和物の含有量が(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも20重量%、特に(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)約30重量%である、請求項1に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 前記β型硫酸カルシウム半水和物の含有量が(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも50重量%、特に(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)約60重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 遅延剤、特にクエン酸をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 促進剤、特に二水和物をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 前記板が19mmを超える厚さ、特に約23mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 前記石膏繊維組成物の90%未満の部分、特に70%未満の部分が、1μmを超える粒状体を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 前記繊維が1μmの最小長さを有し、90μmを超える長さを有する繊維の含有量が(紙繊維の総量に対して)45重量%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 湿潤剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 完成した前記板(10)が、1000〜1500kg/m3、特に1220〜1390kg/m3の範囲のバルク密度と、25〜35kg/m2、特に28〜32kg/m2の範囲の単位面積当たりの重量とを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)。
- 石膏繊維板(10)、特に請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の石膏繊維板(10)の製造方法であって、
(ドライミックス全体に対して)75重量%〜90重量%の硫酸カルシウム半水和物と(ドライミックス全体に対して)10重量%〜25重量%の紙繊維とを含む混合物から、石膏包含材料の可圧縮性マット(6)を調製するステップであって、前記硫酸カルシウム半水和物は、α型硫酸カルシウム半水和物とβ型硫酸カルシウム半水和物との混合物であり、前記混合物中のα型硫酸カルシウム半水和物の含有量が(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも10重量%である、ステップと、
石膏包含材料の乾燥した前記可圧縮性マット(6)を、搬送ベルト(5)上にて水和水タンク(7)へと移動させるステップと、
19mmを超える厚さを有する無端石膏繊維板(10)を形成するために前記石膏包含材料を連続プレス(8)に通過させる前に、上方から前記マット(6)の上面(9)へと過剰に添加された水和水により前記石膏包含材料を水和させるステップと
を含む、石膏繊維板(10)の製造方法。 - 前記可圧縮性マット(6)を調製する前記ステップが、(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも20重量%、特に(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)約30重量%のα型硫酸カルシウム半水和物と、(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)少なくとも50重量%、特に(硫酸カルシウム半水和物全体に対して)約60重量%のβ型硫酸カルシウム半水和物とを混合することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 遅延剤、特にクエン酸を加えるステップ、及び/又は促進剤、特に被覆された二水和物を加えるステップをさらに含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記石膏繊維組成物の90%未満の部分、特に70%未満の部分における粒状体が1μmを超える、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水を加える前の石膏包含材料の前記乾燥した可圧縮性マット(6)の前記厚さが、80mm〜100mm、特に85mm〜95mmの範囲にある、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
