Abstract
【解決手段】耐圧容器は、筒状胴部と筒状胴部の軸方向両端部それぞれに一体的に設けられたドーム部とを有する容器本体と、容器本体の外面を覆う繊維強化部材と、を備える。繊維強化部材は、一方向に配向した繊維により形成され、その繊維の延びる繊維方向が容器本体の軸方向に対して容器本体の軸方向両側のドーム部の双方を覆うことが可能な角度で傾斜する第1繊維シートを有する。第1繊維シートは、シート状に形成されたシート本体部と、シート本体部の繊維方向両端部それぞれから複数並んで延出する延出部と、を有する。シート本体部は、筒状胴部の外面に沿って巻かれることで筒状胴部を覆う。延出部は、ドーム部の外面に沿って巻き返されることでドーム部を覆う。

Description
図1−図6を用いて、第1実施形態の耐圧容器1について説明する。耐圧容器1は、例えば水素ガスや天然ガスなどを高圧で充填するタンクである。耐圧容器1は、例えば自動車などに搭載される。耐圧容器1は、図1に示す如く、容器本体10と、繊維強化部材20と、を備えている。
図7及び図8を用いて、第2実施形態の耐圧容器2について説明する。耐圧容器2は、第1実施形態の耐圧容器1と同様のタンクであって、自動車などに搭載される。耐圧容器2は、容器本体10と、繊維強化部材100と、を備えている。尚、図7及び図8において、上記図2や図6などに示した構成と同一の構成部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略又は簡略する。
図9を用いて、第3実施形態の耐圧容器3について説明する。耐圧容器3は、上記の耐圧容器1,2と同様のタンクであって、自動車などに搭載される。耐圧容器3は、容器本体10と、繊維強化部材200と、を備えている。尚、図9において、上記図2や図6などに示した構成と同一の構成部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略又は簡略する。

- 筒状胴部と前記筒状胴部の軸方向両端部それぞれに一体的に設けられたドーム部とを有する容器本体と、前記容器本体の外面を覆う繊維強化部材と、を備える耐圧容器であって、
前記繊維強化部材は、一方向に配向した繊維により形成され、該繊維の延びる繊維方向が前記容器本体の軸方向に対して前記容器本体の軸方向両側の前記ドーム部の双方を覆うことが可能な角度で傾斜する第1繊維シートを有し、
前記第1繊維シートは、シート状に形成されたシート本体部と、前記シート本体部の繊維方向両端部それぞれから複数並んで延出する延出部と、を有し、
前記シート本体部は、前記筒状胴部の外面に沿って筒状に巻かれることで前記筒状胴部を覆い、
前記延出部は、前記ドーム部の外面に沿って巻き返されることで前記ドーム部を覆う、耐圧容器。 - 前記繊維強化部材は、一方向に配向した繊維によりシート状に形成され、該繊維の延びる繊維方向が前記筒状胴部の周方向である、前記第1繊維シートとは異なる第2繊維シートを有し、
前記第2繊維シートは、前記第1繊維シートの前記シート本体部に対して径方向に積層され、前記筒状胴部を覆う、請求項1に記載の耐圧容器。 - 前記第1繊維シートの前記延出部の先端と前記第2繊維シートの軸方向端とは、前記容器本体の軸方向で突き合わされている、請求項2に記載の耐圧容器。
- 前記繊維強化部材は、一方向に配向した繊維により形成され、該繊維の延びる繊維方向が前記筒状胴部の周方向である、前記第2繊維シートとは異なる第3繊維部材を有し、
前記第3繊維部材は、前記第2繊維シートとの間で前記第1繊維シートを挟み込むように前記第1繊維シートの前記シート本体部に対して径方向に積層され、前記筒状胴部を覆う、請求項2又は3に記載の耐圧容器。 - 前記延出部は、前記シート本体部に対して繊維方向一方側に設けられた第1延出部と、前記シート本体部に対して繊維方向他方側に設けられた第2延出部と、を有し、
前記第1延出部の先端と前記第2延出部の先端とは、前記容器本体の軸方向で突き合わされている、請求項1に記載の耐圧容器。 - 前記繊維強化部材は、一方向に配向した繊維により形成され、該繊維の延びる繊維方向が前記筒状胴部の周方向である、前記第1繊維シートとは異なる第2繊維部材を有し、
前記第2繊維部材は、前記第1繊維シートに対して径方向に積層され、前記筒状胴部を覆う、請求項5に記載の耐圧容器。 - 前記第2繊維部材は、シート状に形成されており、
前記第1繊維シートと前記第2繊維部材とは、交互に径方向に積層される、請求項6に記載の耐圧容器。 - 前記第2繊維部材は、前記第1繊維シートが前記容器本体の外面を覆った状態で繊維が該第1繊維シートの前記シート本体部の外面に巻き付けられることにより形成される部材である、請求項6に記載の耐圧容器。
- 前記延出部は、前記ドーム部を覆った状態で該延出部の先端部が該延出部と前記シート本体部との境界よりも前記容器本体の軸方向中央側に位置するように形成されている、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の耐圧容器。
- 前記境界は、前記筒状胴部に径方向で対向する位置に設けられている、請求項9に記載の耐圧容器。
