Description
請求項4に記載の構造物の拘束構造では、請求項3に記載の構造物の拘束構造において、前記第三CFRPベルトは、前記第一CFRPベルトの最下層に隣接して外側に積層されている。
請求項4に記載の構造物の拘束構造では、第三CFRPベルトは、第一CFRPベルトの最下層に隣接して外側に積層されていることで、第一CFRPベルトにおける湾曲部において固定ベルトが保持部から受ける圧縮力(面圧)の影響を低減することができる。
以下、図1~図6を用いて、構造物の拘束構造が適用された第1の実施形態の高圧タンク10について説明する。
高圧タンク10は、以下のように製造される。まず、作業者は、予めパッキン収容部36にOリング38を収容した口金30を用意する。続いて作業者は、口金30の挿入部32を胴体部20の開口22に挿入して、胴体部20の軸方向両端に口金30を装着する。
なお、上記の工程は作業者が行うことを前提としているが、これに限らず、製造装置により機械化してもよい。
次に、本実施形態の作用並びに効果を説明する。
第2の実施形態は、構造物の拘束構造がバッテリユニット50に適用された例である。なお、第1の実施形態と同じ構成には同じ符号を付し、説明は割愛する。
なお、各実施形態において、層間ベルト44の炭素繊維CFの角度は必ずしも90°である必要はなく、軸方向に対して45°以上90以下であればよい。また、層間ベルト44における炭素繊維CFの角度は、下層側の層間ベルト44と上層側の層間ベルト44とで異なっていてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 筒体又は積層体である被拘束部と、
前記被拘束部の両端に設けられた一対の保持部と、
前記一対の保持部を掛け渡すように前記被拘束部の軸方向に沿って巻き付けられ、かつ前記軸方向に沿った0°方向の炭素繊維を有する第一CFRPベルトと、
前記一対の保持部を掛け渡すように前記被拘束部の軸方向に沿って巻き付けられ、前記第一CFRPベルトの端部付近の最外層に隣接して内側に積層され、かつ前記軸方向に対して45°~90°方向の炭素繊維を有する第二CFRPベルトと、
を備える構造物の拘束構造。 - 前記第一CFRPベルトの端部は、前記第一CFRPベルトにおける湾曲部と前記被拘束部に沿った直線部との接続部付近に配置される請求項1に記載の構造物の拘束構造。
- 巻き付けられた前記第一CFRPベルトの層間には、前記第二CFRPベルトの他に前記軸方向に対して45°~90°方向の炭素繊維を有する第三CFRPベルトが積層され、
積層された全てのベルトに占める45°~90°方向の炭素繊維を10%以上50%以下有する請求項1又は2に記載の構造物の拘束構造。 - 前記第三CFRPベルトは、前記第一CFRPベルトの最下層に隣接して外側に積層されている
請求項3に記載の構造物の拘束構造。
