Description
Claims (5)
- 所定形状に形成された生地を加熱して外皮材を焼成する焼成工程と、粘性を有するペースト状の被覆食材で内包食材を被覆して包むように内材を成形して前記外皮材の上面に配置する内材成形工程と、前記内材の上側に別の前記外皮材を重ね合せて前記内材を一対の前記外皮材で挟み込むように成形する外皮材成形工程とを備えている挟み込み成形食品の製造方法。
- 前記内材成形工程では、多重ノズルからなる吐出ノズルの最外側のノズルより前記被覆食材を筒状に吐出するとともに内側のノズルより前記内包食材を棒状に吐出して前記内包食材の周囲を前記被覆食材が被覆する棒状体を連続吐出し、前記棒状体を所定長さで分割して前記被覆食材で前記内包食材を被覆して包むように前記内材を成形する請求項1に記載の挟み込み成形食品の製造方法。
- 前記内材成形工程では、内側のノズルより前記内包食材として所定量の固形食材を間欠的に投入する請求項2に記載の挟み込み成形食品の製造方法。
- 前記内材成形工程では、内側のノズルより前記内包食材として所定量の流動性食材を間欠的に吐出する請求項2に記載の挟み込み成形食品の製造方法。
- 焼成板の上面に供給された生地を加熱して外皮材を焼成する生地焼成部と、焼成された前記外皮材を反転する外皮材反転部と、粘性を有するペースト状の被覆食材で内包食材を被覆して包むように内材を成形して前記外皮材の上面に配置する内材成形部と、前記内材の上側に別の前記外皮材を重ね合せて前記内材を一対の前記外皮材で挟み込むように成形する外皮材成形部とを備えている挟み込み成形食品の製造装置。
